      I purchased this bike through ****** and received the bike on October 31st. I put together the bike on November 2 and on November 3 we attempted to start the bike and the bike first did not start after watching several videos. We were able to get the bike started but did not remain shut off. I have tried every single video that was offered on Syx Moto still does not work. I have reached out via ******** and via email and Im getting very blanket responses. The response that I got was for me to check all these items on a bike that is brand new. I am not a mechanic and requested several phone calls I have not yet to receive phone calls and I have requested a return label and I have not yet received any feedback or information from this company, I am requesting a return of this bike with 100% refund, including my shipping fees since I have not been able to use the bike. I have looked high low for a phone number to be able to call this company and its customer service, including a technician and yet I am not able to find a phone number for them. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

      I bought this for my son for his 10th birthday. I received it ********* for a total of $450. There was oil spilled in the box and on the plastic wrap we filled it up with oil and then we left it in a spare room until my sons birthday on *********** When we gave it to him, we noticed in the room there was oil spills on the ground so we filled it up with oil again and We waited a while before we turned it on. It was hesitating to turn on, and it kept spitting out the oil Honestly, if I wouldve known of these reviews, I wouldnt have bought it at all. Ive been reaching out. I have no reply. I feel crappy as a parent given this to my son on his 10th birthday. There is no number to contact anyone. Its just by email, but even with me emailing I have No respond back its still within the three months for the replacement for the motor, but no one reaches out so its kind of hard to see whats gonna happen

      I was sold an syxmoto 50cc holeshot dirt bike for my son for Christmas and by the time he tried to ise it it was out of warranty...I have filed a complaint with bbb because it was sold with a hole in the gas tank that covered my son in gasoline...It was out of warranty but obviously couldn't have been used as it would not hold gasoline so I contacted syx moto and was told they would cover shipping if I purchased a new gas tank but it was out of warranty so basically they didn't care mlso I gave them a nice complaint on bbb and a week later I recieved an email saying they would send me a new gas tank for free if I took my complaint off the bbb website...How IRONIC! So let me get this right, syx moto will do the right thing if I do the wrong thing by taking my complaint down but until I did the right thing by filing a complaint they did NOTHING....The complaint remains on the bbb and now I make you aware of the crooked morals of syx moto...Buy from another company, syx moto doesn't care about your childs safety they only care about taking your money and selling more JUNK!....They also block bad reviews on their website because I gave them a bad review on their website and it doesn't show up in their reviews....Just a little more information about the lack of transparency they have and the lack of truthfulness they show customers.

      Your order was placed in October and we did not hear about your issue until May. I apologize that you were unable to open the product until it was out of warranty, our policy is stated clearly on our website. We did offer to send you replacement parts but you declined and still continue to proceed as if we did not offer a solution to the issue you were faced with.

      I gave them the chance to give me a new gas tank prior to leaving a review on bbb and many other sites and they declined to help, only AFTER the bad review did they offer a replacement and ONLY if I removed my bad review...I declined to remove my bad review and I declined a replacement part because I will not cover up the fact that I was sold a dirt bike for my child that had a hole in the gas tank from day one...People need to know what they are buying and what kind of shady practices this company has...If I had been given a new gas tank BEFORE the review they would have got a good review and this would have never been an issue...I've also read other reviews and this is not the first time a gas tank has had a hole in it...They should have better quality control, maybe this will help them.

      Please don't buy any bike from this company. SYXmoto, the bikes are cheap and don't work.
