Firedog.com is not a reputable company to deal with. Sent a riding mower gas tank without the gas cap after it said it was included. **************** was unconcerned leaving me on hold for ************************************* it would be less than 30 seconds for the next agent.Do not purchase from them at all.Review from Tiffany T

This is the worst company ever. I ordered a mower part for my father on 08/06/2022. It's now 11/21/2022, and still no part. These scammers then had the audacity to request an additional $172 to ship the part. They obviously are selling parts they do not have in stock. They continuously pushed the ship back until I had enough. I told my father I am cancelling his order and will find the part elsewhere.Review from Joe H

Crooks...ordered Kawasaki engine parts a month ago (06/10/2022) and a month later still no parts. They sell parts they do not have and refuse to answer emails. Don't waste your money or time with this company. Scammers at best.Review from Brenda W

I placed an order for mower parts 06/23/22. Their website states that they ship in 1-2 days. This is 07/07/22 & I have not received my order. I got an email from PayPal letting me know I had a refund from Firedog, but it was not the full amount of my order. I went to Firedog website to see the status of my order. That is where I found out some of the parts are no longer available. Firedog did not send me any notification of the parts no longer available or the ones that were not in stock & waiting for them to be delivered from the manufacture. I have tried to call during their business hours & a recording says: Due to their high call volume they have closed for the day. It says you can get help with their online chat that is there till 4. I never found the option for online chat. I tried to send an email & it will not go through because the CAPTCHA box has "ERROR for site owner: Invalid site key", So you cannot send your email. I have tried to contact them every way I can find with no luck. Beware of this company. They will take your money & you do not receive any parts nor contact letting you know what is gong on. If I could give them zero stars, I would.
