On July 29, 2022, I purchased online PE clothes for my daughter at TeamDDesigns for $56.29, **************************** for three items, a navy dry fit t-shirt with her last name on the back, a white dry fit t-shirt with her last name on the back, and a navy short with her initials. The clothes were to be delivered to her middle school. When my daughter came home with only the white t-shirt and navy shorts, I didn't think anything of it since I ordered late and figure it would come later. Eventually on Sept 14th I emailed and Bethany ********* at TeamDDesign replied to check with the coaches. I checked with the coaches and was told to check with TeamDDesign. I follow up again on Sept 21st and Sept 26th. Bethany said to check the school's lost and found and the school's front office helped me searched the lost and found and the girls locker room, but did not find any navy PE shirt. Bethany suggested that my daugther must have lost the item and she would discount another shirt. I replied that my daughter was adamant there was no navy shirt in her bag and why I would pay again for something that I never received in the first place? This order, like all Athletic and PE orders are shipped or delivered complete. My company policy for school delivered orders are to be packaged and delivered complete, no partial orders are delivered. This order had 3 items, all three items were in a zipped locked bag, I personally check off each item on the order form as they are placed in the zipped bag and the student's name, grade and school are labeled on the package and this order was delivered to the school complete. After the customer reached out to me regarding the student not having an item after weeks of delivery, I asked they check with the coach or the lost and found. In the past when parents have reached out about an item, students have placed their orders in lockers, backpacks and laundry and the parents were not aware.
