Jan Feb ask what's the problem the hold up on them they said the since my dad got the car for me it has to be registered out of state we ask why it is not ***** they didn't do the contract with my name so march I Drive to Ga **** still not showing up at ***************** on top of that ended up having a major oil leak while there mechanic puts it scanner on to check for problems and ends up being 15 problems $2500 of work that needs to be done get back to Texas April **** remind you this is 2023 6mos later still riding paper plates then car goes back in shop for another $800 of work car was in accident after finally doing my homework. tags just starting register in June I call spoke with *** he was talking about trading me up to another new car then no answers or responses to my calls or emails just so you know they are some real mouthy people. when you trying to explain the problems didn't offer me car warranty at the time of purchase come back 3 months later and they have warranty even my key fob stopping working with the car and that took like a month to get a new one from them just email them 2weeks ago cause car is in the shop right now as we speak for another major problem just say I'm about to be out of $1487 I have all texts and emails of all communication and I too will be filing a Lawsuit sad thing they lied about I couldnt get a car from them cause my credit was to bad and said that was the only car my dad could get with 3 cars paid off all brand new in 3yrs we put down $2000 for this lemon 2014 *** wreck car smh moral of the story went to *** to try my luck got a brand new 2023 for $52,000 $0 down off the showroom floor guess who lost out on a good customer word of advice watch out for these crooks or you will surely regret it in the end and will be out money stuck with non-working car on your credit
