I purchased my home in July of 2023 with Bravo Homes and was the first to move in to the community. There has been a plethora of issues since moving in. First as my issues during a rushed walk-through and closing were not completed and the house was still mid build when the inspection was done many items were still needing to be addressed.Items that (2) previous Project Managers and ******** promised delivery on yet had since been let go from the company have been undelivered as the commitment was from a previous employee and the company will not honor their former Formans commitment. Work orders for issues with the home are either not completed or completed with lack of care and or quality. When the companies Owner and current lead project manager come to my home they are very condescending or combative to correct items will even tell you that as you are now in your home their priority is the home owners who are currently in the build process as they have deadlines to meet.
