This company got me to give them a good review before the job was done they falsified the job to get more money from the home warranty company and my claim was denied this company wanted me to finance this job out of pocket which is more money for them my home warranty company sent another company out that got the job approved also this company didn't want to do what my home warranty would approve they told me to find another company it was not enough money for them I wouldn't use this company again they are not trustworthy.

Mr. **********, we disagree with your ultimate review of our services and we understand your frustration. Our firm documents all work and the below is our documented response.

ORIGINAL HOMESERVE WORK ORDER COMPLETED - WITHIN 10LF WHERE SEWER SYSTEM WAS CLOGGED:
1) HomeSERVE is a home warranty service you have purchased to accommodate any home repairs for your home. DELTA, after a vetting process, our company is an approved contractor by HomeSERVE to serve HomeSERVE clients immediate plumbing challenges.

2) You, as a HomeSERVE client, requested service to toilet facilities as you've had continual flushing problems and per your comments to our representative you have had to get this done every six months. DELTA responded within 24 hour notice of request by HomeSERVE to service your home; as your wait from other contractors was unsuccessful and have had to wait 5-7 days for unclogging of your toilet plumbing problems.

3) Up to 10LF of sewer line clogs made by tree roots were discovered to be the culprit and was unclogged the same day, as originally approved by the HomeSERVE service order.

4) Upon completion of the original service order, your verbal appreciation and satisfaction of our services was expressed to our representative, and in return DELTA requested the review from you for the original completed unclogging work ticket from HomeSERVE.


ADDITIONAL 40LF OF TREE DAMAGES DISCOVERED WAS NOT APPROVED BY HOMESERVE AND YOU DID NOT WANT TO PAY OUT OF POCKET:
1) You also mentioned previous contractor services only unclogged and never provided a documentation of discoveries nor a true solution of the continual sewer problems to your home were resolved. Hence, DELTA requested permission according to policy by HomeSERVE to run a camera on the additional 40LF of plumbing to inspect and document further the damages requiring your frequent toilet unclogging of every six months. WE INSPECTED AND FOUND THE PROBLEM and it was additional sewer line that was damaged by tree roots.

3) Additional recommended repairs to sewer problems of the additional 40LF was discovered, documented, and communicated expeditiously verbally and electronically to yourself and HomeSERVE for request of ultimate approval by HomeSERVE before work could be started. HomeSERVE DID NOT approve the additional 40LF of recommended plumbing service.

4) Upon conversation with you days after HomeSERVE rejected the additional recommended repairs, our office spoke with you directly and you did not have the funds to complete, although we offered financing.

5) WE DID NOT FALSIFY THE RECOMMENDED ADDITIONAL WORK ORDER. HOMESERVE WARRANTY ONLY APPROVED UP TO THE REPAIR OF ONLY 5LF.

Please remit your concerns to HomeSERVE as your problems are not with our services.
