      My wife truck was repossessed and she was able to reinstate the lease and get her truck back. When she went to pick up her personal belongs all her weapons were missing with no inventory sheet. Theft is theft, no matter who or how or when. Police report has been filed, and will be suing and taken to small claims court.

OUR CAMERA DRIVER WAS STILL ON SITE AND VISUALLY STANDS BY UNTIL DRIVER IS OFF THE PROPERTY FOR SAFETY REASONS, AND SHE WAS EXCITED HE DIDN'T NEED THE ADDITIONAL 3 MINUTE TO BREAK INTO THIS VEHICLE WITH BREAK IN TOOLS.
      VEHICLE IS CLEANED OUT THE MOTRNING OF 1.16.23 1HR PRIOR TO THE AUCTIONS TRANSPORTER PICKING UP THE UNIT.  VEHICLE CONTENTS CLEANED OUT AND BAGGED INTO BLACK TRASH BAGS, ITEMS IN THE *** OF THE ***** WERE LEFT INSIDE DUE TO BE WET FROM RAIN, AND LOOKED OF TRASH. 

      CUSTOMER CALLED AGAIN 01/17/2023 09:42 AM  ************ MENTION WORKING TO REDEEM VEHICLE AND WE MENTINED UNIT WAS PICKED UP BY AUCTION (SHE DIDNT LIKE THAT WE RELEASE UNIT TO AUCTION, BUT WE LISTEN TO WHAT LIEN HOLDER TELLS US TO DO)RECEIVED ANOTHER CALL AT 4:59PM ************ / AND ANOTHER 01/18/2023 08:00 AM  ************ TO REQUESTED PROPERTY PICK UP APPOINTMENT. 



      CUSTOMER SETS UP APPT TO PICK UP PROPERTY,ARRIVES, (1.18.23) AND STATES "I HOPE MY GUN ISN'T LOADED AND TOSSED IN THE **** MY *** MANAGER STATED, WE SAW NO FIREARM, WHERE WAS IT? DEBTOR STATED ON THE PASSENGER FLOOR BOARD. WHEN THE CUSTOMER CALLED BACK IN ON THE FOLLOWING DAY 1.19.23 TO SPEAK WITH MANAGER, SHE STATED FIREARM WAS IN A VERY OBVIOUS HOLSTER ON THE ***** SEAT. I STATED WE TAKE PHOTOS AS SOON AS WE GET UNIT, AND I EXPLAINED WHAT I SAW. THE CUSTOMER ALSO ADDED ON 2ND CALL THAT HER PHONE CHARGER IS MISSING, HER KNIFE THAT WAS ALSO ON THE ***** SEAT WAS MISSING....BUT HER ENTIRE PURSE WAS RECEIVED IN TACT 16 DAYS AFTER REPO....
      WE TOLD CUSTOMER TO REPORT WITH POLICE DEPARTMENT FIREARM IS MISSING AND WHOEVER IS IN POSSESSION OF THIS WILL BE CAUGHT WITH IT. 
      I REQUESTED CUSTOMERS CONTACT Lien Holder  ************** Services, LLC.  WE WILL BE COMPLETING SAME STATEMENT FOR THEM AS WELL.
