      I visited this location one or two times back in ********************************************** a membership. Since then, I have consistently received promotional emails and text messages even though I have unsubscribed (via email unsubscribe link, and contacted the business via phone and email). Each time, an employee tells me Ive been removed but I keep receiving messages. This violates CAN-SPAM Act. If they contact me again, I will retain a lawyer and pursue legal action.

      I was charged a total of 299 for a membership I cancelled in studio Febuary 2023. I was injured and provided medical documentation as well as signed a form in person. Management also cancelled out my families membership at no charge same day due to my credit card being attached to the files. I was told no signature was needed. It is now August and I have incurred a 299 fee called to inquire and was told My cancellation was proceeded however the family members were not and they would be speaking to a new manager about how to proceed. I waited patiently for over a week. The front desk reiterated via email management would be informed Monday I was to expect a call. No call was given. I called again today and was told I misunderstood Theres not cancellations on record for any of us. I asked for a copy today to be emailed My frustration is the computer system and the front desk clearly had my documents last week but not this week! This is unacceptable. I would like an investigation regarding the person handling sensitive documents that will impact me financially. The moral standing in which she is conducting business shouldnt be tolerated. The credit card on file has now been cancelled and Im in dispute w my bank. I have been forced to make ends meet because I am without these funds. Regardless of the outcome the damage has been done and now am behind paying late fees on other bills! I am paying for the incompetence and unprofessionalism of Hotworx **********!! The only resolve I seek is making sure this person doesnt have access to future members credit card information or a system which allows manipulation of electronic records.

      New *********** Gym Was misled on the overall experience and was sold into things that were not needed. Product wasnt delivered as promise. I thought like I told the initial sales rep that this was supposed to a sauna I can sit in. The sauna was not hot enough. Upon going into orientation I was told about all these other expenses I had to pay for to use the gym. Very unfortunate experience.

      I have been transferred to a new city and have moved. I have been trying to contact Hot Worx both in person (2 times prior to moving) and by phone (2 times prior to moving and again after moving). I have also attempted email once (unsuccessful despite their associate verifying I used the correct address) and online contact form three times. Per policy I attempted to cancel in person the beginning of May so should have only been charged *********** There hasn't been anyone present in studio both times I went in to cancel, which was during the week in the daytime. I also have records of calling during business hours, with no answer, but leaving messages requesting callback. No callback has ever been received. I want my membership canceled immediately and would like a refund for July, August and September totalling $337.74 as I did my due diligence to cancel in accordance with my contract, but was unable to do so at the fault of their lack of proper staffing and followup. At this point, and as of June 12, I am unable to do ANYTHING in person as I don't live there anymore and have communicated that repeatedly. Please find attached a screenshot of my call records (the last one stating "today" being August 23) and the email that was received back from my first online contact form highlighting the poor performance by staff at Hot Worx. They stated the email I used was correct AND that I never called, but clearly have logs where I left messages asking for a callback. You will also see that I called them that very afternoon and they didn't answer after REQUESTING that I call them.
