Texas Heat and Air came to repair my unit and did an unimaginable amount of damage to my AC unit. They denied the fact that they had done significantly more damage and did not take responsibility. They are working with American Home Shield to rip consumers off. They caused more damage and claimed their diagnosis was an uncovered cost that the warranty company would not cover. The technician blamed me for the damage Texas Heat and Air caused. He even went on to say another company came and did the service to cover himself. I am going on two months of no functioning AC because of Texas heat and air. Due to Texas Heat and Air failing to properly diagnose on their first initial visit and make the necessary repairs, I had to request several recalls for the same unit. My downstairs unit has been out because it was overworked due to the upstairs giving out. Stay far away from Texas Heat and Air and American Home Shield. They work together to rip consumers off. They dont come to your home to repair it; they come to put a band on it so they can return to do more damage.Review from Darla

Today, Tx hear and air were in my neighborhood so they just dropped by to see how things were going for us on our a/c unit. They checked it and explained several things to help us get more from our unit. They were friendly, curious, and very professional. It's was a very pleasant surprise. Love this company. Texas Heat and Air had a Technician show up with in 20 minutes on a Sunday. Very impressed on the quick response and had the **** concern repaired in less than an hour. Cost was with in reason with it being an off hours call out and component needing to be replaced. Ill call them again with no hesitation next time.Texas Heat and Air Response
