I need to know how to emai taxact technical support. I have searched the site and see no way to. I use tax act each year, and need to change my sign in user name. We had our identity stolen from a major cyber hack, and are changing everything. I don't want to just create a new account because I need to see back tax info. Is there a way to change the log in username.

Below is the email I sent to Taxact and attached are the documents supporting the email. They denied the claim, email attached. Stating the deductions should not have applied to the OR return. I attached the screenshot of their program stating I may still be eligible and I should answer their questions. This led to them applying a dedication I wasnt eligible for. This resulted in an audit and underpayment of my owed taxes. Ithey are not fulfilling their guarantee and a clear error in the service I paid for.To Whom it May Concern,Im making a claim on $100k Accuracy Guarantee Claim and the 100% Expert Accuracy Guarantee Claim. The website does not clearly distinguish these 2 claims which is why Im referencing both. Attached is the notice of audit and the resulting notice of amount due for my 2021 tax return for the state of ******. This includes both the owed tax amount and the penalty interest. I am requesting a refund of the entire amount of $414.95 as well as any fees I paid TaxAct for my returns that year. While filling out my tax return on TaxAct, a deduction was applied for moving expenses that the state of ****** does not allow. There was a question that TaxAct asked if my move was due to Military Orders and I answered No. TaxAct still had me list my expenses and applied the deduction to my Oregon State refund stating I was eligible for deductions for my move. The state of ****** has since told me the deduction for moving expenses are only allowed for Military moves. This error by TaxAct resulted in an audit and owed amount as well as penalty interest. Please let me know what else is needed to complete this request. Please email me with confirmation that this request has been received as soon as possible. All requested information is attached or in this email.Sincerely,********************************* Email: ************************** Username: ************************** Zip code: ***** Joint return, spouses name: *********************************
