Was a little skeptical because of the few reviews so I came here to share my experience. I found them online gave them a call pricing sound fair so we booked Celeste was sent to clean one of properties in Raeford and did a fantastic job our realtor even asked for their contact. Reviews are based off your own experiences as a retired small business owner I learned most customers just want something for nothing and with the new times consumers are way to entitled I hope this feedback helps both home spotless and customers

I would give this company less than 0 stars if that was possible. I've used this company twice for home cleaning and both times it was a disaster. The first time the girl did a terrible job and after much complaining they agreed to come back and redo the deep cleaning and give a 30% off on a regular cleaning. The 2nd time for the regular cleaning, the lady came and did a great job in the kitchen but said she was ill and would come back the following Monday. When Home Spotless asked for a review I gave good review because the work the lady had completed was good work. Unfortunately, she did not come back on Monday to complete the job. I notified Home Spotless and they said I could not update the already submitted review and that the guarantee was only good for 24 hours" so no one would be coming to complete the job. So I paid for a regular cleaning with a 30% discount to have another job performed unacceptable. their website says "Our network boasts over 1,000 dedicated cleaning professionals, each handpicked for their skill and unwavering commitment to excellence" which in my opinion is false advertisement.

The cleaner arrived when I was not Home. I gave her permission to go inside and start cleaning the upstairs master bedroom/bathroom until I got home. When I arrived I picked up downstairs because there was things left things out and it was pretty messy.( we have two children). I had also cleaned the whole playroom which my usual house cleaners would do no problem. Upstairs:Master and two kids rooms. The lady finished the master bedroom & bathroom w/good job. She only vacuumed the kids rooms didn’t make beds/wipe down anything. She cleaned their bathroom, went down stairs. She didn’t vacuum the hallway or the stairs. before she left I had to remind her. I had to ask basic normal cleaning skills to be done. She cleaned the kitchen, vacuumed& started steam mopping, didn’t pick up the entry way runner carpet to clean under. I came & picked it up for her so she would get the hint. She didnt clean the conference room. . She didn’t wipe the coffee table down in it or vacuum the carpet or fix the pillows. Completely forgot that area. Lastly I had to ask her to wipe down the tops of the cabinets we have in the dining room. She did not do a very good job in the downstairs bathroom either. It was left feeling sticky. All in all was not very thorough job. I had to remind her to do a lot of the basic needs that I expect to be done when paying for a house cleaning. I do not recommend this company cleaning service for anyone at all! Very disappointing. I tried calling the same day and days after to tell them about the experience and could not get through. Two weeks later I got a text for my biweekly scheduled cleaning. I finally spoke to the manager& she was very unprofessional. She was validating the cleaners bad job& would not stop talking over me to listen to my complaint. She then hung up on me twice&rudely made accusations about my home, that I don’t clean my house at all. Based off photos the cleaner took prior to my arrival,prior to me picking up downstairs.

Hard to reach, but lady did come and get my place clean

I ordered a cleaning for my brother. They did not show up for the appt. The appt. Is for 10 to 11. They changed the appt to 9 to 10. They sent a text to say they were going to be late a hr. They did not show up. I put it on my credit card. About a few days later they charged me $121 and $1,210. A few days later there was another charge for $1,082. I contacted my bank and they sent me to a dispute board. I cancelled my credit card. After that I got a refund of $1,082 and $1,210. I am waiting for my $121 which has not been reimbursed yet. It has been alot of time on the phone trying to take care of this. I have tried to call them numerous days and times. You cannot leave a voicemail. They say all representatives are busy and to call back later. Their office is only open till 2:00.
