      My niece said she was left stranded at a *****************, because a Greyhound associate canceled her ticket. Despite efforts to have the ticket reactivated, they declined. She was left outside because there was no shelter at that location. Greyhound REFUSED to cooperate. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!

      Was caught in traffic and it made me late to catch my bus and they only allow 15 minutes after the bus leaves to cancel. Well caught in traffic with minimal wifi there was no way to cancel and on top of that any contact is so hard to find I think it would take 30 minutes to navigate the web to find out how to contact them, so this allows them to steal your money.

      On Friday evening, October 11, 2024,I was left stranded at **************************** (along with another passenger) when our scheduled bus never arrived. I called Greyhound and was told a bus was on its way and would arrive in ***** minutes. When no bus arrived, I called back only to be told that no bus was coming and that the only thing they could do for me was to offer me a voucher for travel on Sunday, October 13two full days later. This was unacceptable so I made arrangements at my own expense for myself and the other traveler (this was a young woman unfamiliar with our area and needing to get to her sisters wedding the next daythere was no way I was leaving her there alone) to get to the *****************. And then later Greyhound had the audacity to fight giving me a ticket refund. After they promised a bus that never showed and then admitted it. They only wanted to give me a time-limited ticket voucher. This company clearly does not care one **** for its customers. BUYER BEWARE. If you have options, do not use Greyhound. If you have no options and must use themhave a solid backup plan. And prepare to be lied to.

      On October 17th I had a bus ticket from ************* to ***********, ** @ 3:55 AM Booking #. My **** ride to location was not going to arrive in enough time to catch bus, so at 3:20 AM I went online to cancel or reschedule my trip, the option was available but then I didn't receive anything confirming my cancelation. So I called customer ********************** and tried explaining for 20 minutes what had happened which did no good because apparently employees and supervisors cannot do anything about anything. This is the second time I have lost out on money for tickets because of only departure time for this route available is at an absurd time. I have found that Limousine Express is a way better bus line with availability to insure trips and refunds with many more trips and nicer busses available. I recently got a voucher for a trip I accidently booked and I really think that I should be given a voucher for this trip. Ive been using Greyhound since I was a kid and its disappointing that you are able just to take my money on multiple occasions and I just have to eat it. Especially when I was a faithful user of your **********************. Well I just think your policy should have some kind of insurance because life happens.

      Worst experience with this company, had multiple agents who had a language barrier and I couldn't fully understand them. Bus was delayed for more than 3 hours and all they could say was they apologize for the inconvenience and we can give you a voucher refund for a future trip.

      Greyhound does not keep to its schedule, leaves passengers with no warning, and drops passengers off in the middle of the night in dangerous areas of town. NEVER take Greyhound to ********, **.

      Absolutely worst customer ********************** I have ever experienced. Waited over 120 minutes for a bus to never show. When I submitted feedback online through their website I was advised I have to wait 24 hours after the trip to provide feedback. Dont try the chat because theyre unhelpful and calling their phone number is a complete waste of time. Spent close to 90 minutes on the phone with their booking department for them to lie and have no real solutions. I have no trust in this dishonest company.

      They almost killed my dad and denied me a refund after my father was left in *********** they are taking advantage of people they left 3 other people at a gas station saying that they won't help them even though they did nothing wrong and there was more than one child on the bus when the bus driver was driving on the opposite side of the road swerving through lanes they need to do better
