I am getting numerous $1,000 charges from this business. I had rented a car from them and the car was returned just after Christmas. The most recent mysterious charge occurred on March 31, 2022. I have not gotten informed in any way about what these charges are for.Business response

Business Response /* (1000, 5, 2022/04/04) */ Contact Name and Title: Alton P**** -Owner Contact Phone: ************ Contact Email: ******************** This customer wrecked our 2019 BMW X3 & our 2020 Mercedes C43 AMG. He admitted fault for the BMW & that claim was paid. He was charged by us for his deductible & loss of use as stated in his contract. He then lied about the Mercedes saying the car was vandalized which in fact it was wrecked by him. Because of his lie it took his insurance an extra 45 days to pay on the claim before he finally admitted to the lie in which they then promptly paid. He was also charged his deductible & loss of use as stated in his contract. Consumer Response /* (2000, 7, 2022/04/05) */ (The consumer indicated he/she ACCEPTED the response from the business.) This is a reasonable explanation of the charges, but I expected to see an invoice or some documentation of these charges so that it would not raise any red flags.
