I always liked Caramel Car Wash. i always had money on their card. I have around $200.00 With the pandemics and then getting lung cancer I had not been out. I live with my elderly mother and was extra careful not to bring Covid home. The first time I went back this year they had change to carnation car wash spa. They took it both times until last week on Tuesday. They said we don't take these anymore. I told them what was I supposed to do ? I said let me talk to your manager.He said we don't take these anymore.I said again what was I supposed to Just lose my money. I will tell you I was very upset- He would not give me his name- he wouldn't give me the corporate address or phone number. Told me to get off his property now or he would have me physically removed. I told him I was going to stay until he gave me his name and corporate address. He said he was going to call the police. I said call them. Of course they didn't come. I'm now retired but was in upper management for 45 years. This is not customer service. I tried to get a corporate address or phone # on their website, nothing. This was at the mockingbird location in dallas. I want my money back from caramel car or be able to use it at carnation mockingbird. I also saw that the operation manager for carnation use to work at caramel. There is no way to get a hold of anyone from corporate.Business response

Business Response /* (1000, 5, 2022/09/21) */ We have called and emailed to resolve this issue. We sold that location on July 9, 2021 and will refund her the money. They we're very kind and took the money from the mockingbird (now carnation car spa) to a location I had a acct with. She gave me her name and phone number and agreed and even apologize for the carnations car wash
