**** you for your email. Yes, this work was done in February of this year and was done incorrectly and he kept stringing me along for two months saying he was going to fix it until he stopped responding and blocked me.&#***;&#***;His name: ****** Ruiz&#***;His Business name: JR Construction&#***;His phone number: ************ His Instagram: jr_ construction_concrete His email: ****************************************************&#***;My name is: **** Brahmi My Address: ************************************#***;I had a concrete walkway with tile on top. I asked him to remove the tile and put an overlay of concrete on top of the existing concrete. He quoted me $1400 for the project. I paid $700 upfront, and $700 after the job was complete. The day he started the project, I was sick in bed and could not monitor what he and his worker were doing. They did not remove the tile, yet laid the overlay on top of it. Within 3 weeks it started to crumble and crack. He guaranteed his work would last for 6 years. When I told him it was cracking he said it was an easy fix and he would fix it. He never came to fix it although saying he would for two months. The walkway now is worse and full of cracks and exposed tile. I then realized he did not remove the tile because you could see it underneath the overlay. Ive tried to contact him and he blocked me.&#***;I would like the project to be redone correctly by removing the overlay and tile, then apply new overlay &#***;or have full reimbursement for the project so I can pay someone else to do it&#***;&#***;Ive attached text conversation that include contract and payment along with details to our agreement and when he said he would come back to fix it, but didnt. Pictures of the walkway after a few weeks and pictures of his socials&#***;&#***;Please let me know if I need to include anything else
