Complaint Against:Seven Seas Data LLC *************************** | ************************ ************************* | ************ Development Manager Complaint Details:I am writing to file a formal complaint against Seven Seas Data LLC, specifically regarding the actions (or lack thereof) of ***************************, Senior Accounting Executive, and *************************, *************************** Manager.On [insert date], I made a payment to Seven Seas Data LLC for a database that is crucial to a campaign I am conducting on behalf of one of my clients. Despite this payment, the database has not been delivered to me as promised.I have made multiple attempts to contact both **************** and **************** via email and phone, but I have not received any replies. They have consistently missed the deadlines they provided, and their failure to deliver the database is severely impacting my work. The delay and the total lack of communication from Seven Seas Data LLC is unacceptable and demonstrates a complete disregard for their customers.This situation is not only causing significant disruption to my business but also jeopardizing the success of the campaign I am running. I expect businesses to honor their commitments and provide the necessary support to their clients, and the behavior of Seven Seas Data LLC falls far short of these expectations.I urge the Better Business Bureau to investigate this matter and take the appropriate actions to address this unacceptable lack of service and professionalism.Resolution Requested:I am requesting the immediate delivery of the database for which I have paid, along with an official explanation and apology from Seven Seas Data LLC for their failure to meet their obligations.
