      Miss leading information. Went in for cleaning & free whitening. They gave me shots to deaden to clean one side of my teeth. Said I had to comeback for the other half. Took excessive X-rays. They billed my insurance for $1700+ $ from insurance. All this for simple cleaning. This is wrong.

      I tried to prevent from giving a bad review but Im mentally drained and beyond disappointed in the choice I made to go to Mint dentistry. I had 14 teeth extracted paid the out pocket balance upfront not pay arrangements, received my temps, the 1st ******* told me that I she wasn't going to adjust them for me, and suggested I pay for implants. Which was beyond rude, So I transferred to a different location, did a few adjustment and then received a quote on my perms, paid for those upfront as well. When they came back the bottoms were all wrong, my top teeth were too small, and 1 tooth was bigger than the other. My bottom were sent back immediately, to whereas I had to wear a permanent top and a temp bottom denture, let me remind you they are 2 completely different colors. So in the midst of the perms being totally incorrect, my ******* went on vacation for a month which means my case was never sent off. Which I had to wait another month until she returned, this was in ****** **** been to get several fittings, and they still can't get it right. This has caused me to become so depressed, to whereas I don't attend my Childs games, go to daycare etc.. Its not like they're waiting on a payment there paid in full. Ive also reached out to another ******* office about 2mths ago, because I felt like mint dentistry couldn't get it right I was quoted ***** because my insurance was already filed for the year. Its too close to the holidays for me to feel so down in the dumps. I tried calling internal patience service maybe someone will relay this review to the CEO... The are not delivering sufficient satisfactory to there patients, I wouldn't recommend ANYONE....

      Will not go back after being with them for about 3 yrs. Was put with an inexperienced assistant to take X-rays. He had to do about 6-7 redos because he was not ready for prime time. I do really want to be the person that he is practicing on when it comes to radiation. Couldnt even put the lead apron on correctly. Then the dentist comes in. Says something about a potential deeper cleaning needed but it needed to be looked at and confirmed. Wouldnt that be her job to discern? I was immediately suspicious because my teeth have remained the same for years and I havent changed anything about my dental hygiene which is thorough. The hygienist mumbles something vague about deep cleaning. I made him confirm nothing has changed about my X-rays from the last 2 yrs Ive been going there. Then the office mgr brings in a consent form they want me to sign saying I am declining their suggested dental care. I said why would I need to sign something that I dont really need. I asked to speak to the dentist and she finally comes in saying they made a mistake. I dont think this was a mistake. I think it was trying to get a way to charge my plan more money if I would have said sure, do it. Super unprofessional. Be wary.

      I was just at mint dental yesterday dr *** is the dentist that worked on my teeth he pulled two teeth molars he was so rough and he said he filled 5 teeth one tooth is now longer and the one that had the cavity still has it he left the filling material all bumpy in my mouth and he gave me no pain medicine at all and my tooth was infected bad when I came there this was the worst dental work I've ever had done do not go here they are horrible

      On October 11, 2024, I visited Mint Dentistry for my regular cleaning. During the appointment, I was informed that I required a deep cleaning, despite having undergone the same procedure in February 2024, as well as a crown. I explained that I was unable to proceed with the additional treatments, which totaled approximately $800, and requested that they proceed with the standard cleaning. However, I was told that they could not provide the regular cleaning unless the other procedures were completed. The interaction left me with the impression that Mint Dentistry may not be the most accommodating for patients facing financial difficulties.

      I Really hate this company I have been waiting to finish my work over 3 months and still nothing NO ONE HAVE CALLED ME NOR REACHED OUT AND NEITHER MANAGER FROM THIS ****** LOCATION AND HERE IT IS OCTOBER 14!!! I WANT TO FILE A COMPLAINT WITH BBB ASAP I DO NOT WANT TO GIVE A REVIEW THEY DO NOT DESERVE ONE PERIOD!!!!

      I shouldve went somewhere were the service and results were too tier. *********************** couldve done a lot better with my concerns and questions versus stating my teeth are big or I had crowding at the bottom. Prior and after my braces were removed I noticed a lot of spaces I ***** have before. Overtime this will cause me to experience bone loss and more cavities. My floss feels loose where as before it was a tight feel. The *** would tell me the black triangles are fine and sometimes all spaces cant be closed because of how my teeth are shaped. If the spaces wasnt there before it doesnt matter the shape or size of my tooth. Im highly disappointed after spending my hard earned money with this franchise. This needs to be fixed. The retainers cut my tongue and Ive been in pain for 3 days until my general doctor at a private office fixed it for me. **** is very money hungry. The service should be a lot better and my issue corrected. My tooth was filed to removed the space and nothing changed. Even even my braces were removed the *** ***** come in and I wasnt given a mirror, just a form to sign stating they were coming off and I was satisfied with my result. I am not at all.

      I went to Mint Dentistry a while ago after wonderful reviews from a friend about the same company in another city. Unfortunately, my experience was not that great. I was told I had two cavities. I didn't dispute that because I was having some issues with the teeth in question. I went back for my fillings and signed up for their *************** to pay over time. I was told $5 each month would help pay the balance and have perks like whitening and things of that nature.. Great! I was on a very fixed income at the time, so that was fine by me. Fast forward - I tried cancelling in 2022 - no response....just kept paying down the balance. Fast forward again to April 2024 - I want to cancel again. I'll pay. I just want out of this "club". I went to a dentist in the town I now live in and was told the 2 cavities filled by Mint were no longer good. I take care of my teeth: floss, brush, mouthwash (I had a lot of orthodontic work growing up so I take good care of my expensive teeth!). All the things. So I was confused. They said it looked like these cavities weren't filled properly in the first place. I had them redone (for a much more reasonable price, too!) I contacted Mint because I no longer wanted the $5 taken out of my account anymore and was presented an invoice for the remaining total (didn't know there would be one, but whatever. I just wanted to pay and be done). I paid it in full and was told that the recurring fee would be cancelled after. But, it's still being charged in August 2024. I was giving the benefit of the doubt...which I guess was wrong to do. I wouldn't be so concerned, but after paying over $300, I would like to stop any recurring charges when my account is paid in full! Avoid this place at all costs. It looks cool from billboards and ads, but it is a complete disappointment and pain to deal with.

      I had one od the worst experience if my life with Mint Dentistry in **********If you're thinking about going to Mint Dentistry in Ga DON'T....They broke both my teeth try to do a simple extraction, which I know can happen, but they broke 2 of my teeth being neglligent. They promised to refund my money which was $500 but they lied....... instead they had the lead dentist to remove the remaining teeth. They thought by fixing the problem they caused was sufficient enough. Disregarding my suffering and loss of days of work. They broke my teeth on Friday and didn't call my pain medication until I called them on Monday to tell them they forgot to. I was in serious pain and still am. They are refusing to refund my payment for the work that wasn't completed on that Friday, like they promised Only because they came back and fixed the problem they caused. Now you tell me if that's right? This dentistry is horrible ?? ?? MINT DENTISTRY IS THE WORST...DON'T BELIEVE THE HYPE...STAY.... AWAY....IF YOU VALUE YOU TEETH...

      Trying to talk to management, yeah, be put on hole and left on hole about an incident that occurred and I have not been able to type to management is like theyre pushing me aside or like trying to make Me invisible as to not care about how I feel with the mistake that was made on their behalf. I think its awful and a sinister and what they did I think they should own up to it and not cover up things that are wrongfully done. Im so disappointed so very disappointed..
