I'm filing this complaint on behalf of my 70-year-old dad. My dad is hardly ever home, but I still l have to put money on his lights two to three times a week and we're talking $30 a wop. My dad have a balance after I make a payment of at least 50 to $60 on his lights and after just two days of me paying we get an email stating that the balance is low again. Once again my dad is 70 years old and on a fixed income, I don't feel like it's right for them to jack up their prices this high. I would like to know where they come up with their numbers if I have my dad at my house. Penstar power is not a good electricity provider at all. I am not working to just pay for my dad's electricity bill. It's pretty bad that I pay almost $100 a week not month but a week for his electricity so how much is that a month it is outrageous and simply ridiculous.Business response
