Mr. *****,
We've discussed your exclusion from our businesses over email, and it should not be a surprise to you to that you were not allowed back in when you showed up. You have been asked to leave several times over a short period of time, due to poor behavior and absolute disregard for our rules. You have shouted at staff, disrespected other guests, and overall created exclusively negative experiences for anyone involved. Additionally, you fail to show any remorse for your actions, going so far as to blame everyone but yourself, and making unsubstantiated claims of theft and discrimination. That being said, it would be foolish for us as a business to allow this pattern of behavior to continue, so you are no longer welcome at our properties, as we have already discussed. We wish you the best.

I was playing cards at a tournament and the dealer was able to racially slander and harassed me when I complain about this it was brushed aside. When the dealer that I complained about got up to switch with another dealer he kicked me with a glass bottle and walked away. When I address this issue again nothing happened..I was not off an apology or medical help. The person on duty Eugene told me that he review the cameras and that he did not see the glass bottle get kicked into my leg. When I asked him to see the camera he then told me that he doesn't even have the angle to show me, so he blatantly lie to me. He told me he couldn't see exactly what happened afterwords. I spent $600 to get into this tournament and Have a dealer make racially hurtful comments to me.. He asked me what hood was I from.. And told me he was more hooder than me.. While these comments were being made I was not able to focus on my game anymore it took me out of my element I would never expect for an employee especially the dealer to talk to me this way..I would like a refund and an apologyBusiness response

Business Response /* (1000, 10, 2022/05/16) */ First we would like to say that we take every member's concerns very seriously. When this event was first brought to our attention we immediately investigated the situation. After confronting the other members at the table that day about what happened, each of them informed us that ****** was intoxicated and was in the wrong. They said she was being rude and verbally abusive towards the dealer. However, we continued to investigate, as we always look to get all of the facts that are available. The glass beer bottle that is in question was sitting on the floor (not the proper place for her to place the bottle to begin with) and out of sight (underneath the table). As the dealer gets up, it looks as if he may have accidentally bumped into the bottle which may have rolled over and bumped her. However, it is very clear that the bottle was not hit hard enough to cause any injuries. However, we did still offer ****** to call an ambulance if she insisted, which she then refused. We can clearly see her walking around immediately after the incident with ease, further confirming that the bottle either didn't hit her, or at least not hard enough to cause injury. After our investigation, we determined that there were no racially motivated comments made by our staff or any ill intentioned behaviors.
