We receive tanks of Gas from Linde and they have given us nothing but trouble with multiple issues but then won't return calls or emails to attempt to resolve anything. They deliver tanks and tell us they can't take the empty tanks because their truck is full (even though they just delivered a tank) and then charge us for the empty tank as if it's still full and being used. They charge us for tanks that aren't here on premises constantly. Many times they charge us the same dollar amount double or even triple times in the same month, but then don't return calls to refund the error or even send back up. They are charging us late charges on some old invoices while they double and triple charge us at the same time and have done so for so long that it is now impossible to determine what is actually owed, but no one will return the call to reconcile the account. I want a full audit of what has been paid to this company and the details of the charges incurred, since 2019. If they are double and triple charging more than one customer it seems that it would be a pretty profitable company. I would like access to charge our card removed, so that this business cannot make charges to our credit card unless they are authorized in advance.Initial Complaint

Linde Gas and ************** has been supplying us with Defective Nitrogen Cylinders and Regulators. The company admitted on the number ****** and then demanded payment with another letter . The company has poor customer service and the billing department is not in touch with delivery department.Initial Complaint

We had a contract with this company till the end of December 2021 at our branch in Everson, WA - "********". At head office we continued to receive invoices and unfortunately paid the first few in January as we were not informed of the cancellation right away by our branch. Once I found out then I reached out to Linde to get this all sorted out and have the tank picked up. First email communication happened in April of 2022 and they have just recently picked up the tank in September 2022. There have been several invoices still sent to us since January that we should not be paying due to our contract end date. I was informed that we would receive credit notes for all invoices that were generated since January 2022, but I am still waiting on these credit notes. There has been a major lack of communication, and I have been given the run around as I talk to one person, then they pass it along to another person, and when I do get a response and then I reply, it takes them weeks to respond if they do at all. Customer service is very poor and I am very happy that we made the decision to go with another company at the end of last year, especially after the service that has been received since 2022. All communication is via email as whenever I called in and got transferred the line would always be dropped. I only have emails as supporting documents that I can provide if needed as I am unable to upload them below. Thank you.
