11 months ago i when to this company for a set of plans and permits for a *************** i wanted build **************************************** told me the plans will be ready in one month and he will apply for the permits, but he took 8 month for take it to the city for the permits, the city dosen't aproved they need some updates, and i still here waiting for the updates since 2-22-23 i call to there office every week and every time they told me something different . please help me. thank youCustomer response
