Subject: Urgent: Refund Dispute with ****************************************** Due to Payment Incompatibility To whom it may concern,I hope this message finds you well.I am writing to seek your assistance regarding a dispute with ******************************************, a company that has recently announced they can no longer accept payments from ******. This situation is affecting my ability to complete a payment for an activation fee associated with my evaluation account.Background:Company: ******************************************Account Type: Evaluation account Issue: The company has informed me that they will no longer be able to process payments from ******. Despite having an evaluation account that is set to renew on the 24th of this month, I am unable to pay the activation fee due to this restriction.Refund Conditions: The company has stated that for a refund, the account must be no more than 14 days old and must have no trades. This condition is impractical, as continuing to trade without the ability to pay for the activation fee is not feasible.Additional Information:There is an issue happening beyond my control, and we all know that this is not a normal situation. Therefore, their rules should not apply to this abnormal circumstance. The companys refund policy, combined with their inability to process payments from ******, has placed me in a difficult situation where I am unable to proceed with their services.Request:Given the circumstances, I am requesting your intervention to help resolve this issue and secure a refund for my evaluation account.
