      Fantastic service....***** was outstanding. He not only quickly diagnosed the problem with our KitchenAid icemaker but quickly fixed it. Additionally, he showed me what part was broken (and how he could tell it [the water pump]) was broken. At the end of the visit, he advised me to get water filters for my ice maker and even gave me the part order so I could order it myself. I would absolutely call Lonestar Appliance for additional work. The price was also very reasonable. A+++

      False advertising! We called this place because they said they will repair Viking appliances. Service call is $85, which will be waived if you 'agree' to do the repairs suggested by them. It is a scam. They don't have any Viking parts with them(because they are not an authorized dealer)-they don't tell you this upfront. In our case, the igniter was not working, which I had told them upfront. The tech came and said the igniter should be replaced, but apparently he doesn't carry that part, so we will have to order separately. Even though we 'agreed' to do the repair, we had to pay the service fee. We wish that we had known they don't carry Viking parts. Without the parts, I doubt they have repaired 'many' name brands.

      We are astonished to hear this from any of our customer. We are a local small business and have always taken priority on taking care of our customers and treating them 100% Fair. We do hope for fair treatment from our customers too.

      I have ran a full inquiry into your service call from the moment you called for service as i was concerned.

      Unfortunately your are using some very unfairly and harsh words. The Word "SCAM, "False Advertising"

      Firstly, The word "SCAM" you are using implies the intent to deceive and defraud (someone)" I would like to know how you were defrauded sir? How did our tech Scam you? You paid the $85 SVC for the diagnostic fee which covers for our tech to travel to your home, Diagnose your unit and give you an estimate for your repair. All which we did.

      Secondly, "FALSE ADVERTISING" You state were are doing false advertising. I would like to inform you are 100% incorrect.
      We don't do any type of false advertising. I would like to know why you are accusing us of this? Why do you feel this way? If there is something we are doing wrong i would love to know.

      We do VIKING APPLIANCES repairs among many other HIGH END BRANDS. The tech that was at your house in Irving alone has successfully performed hundreds of repair on High end units over his las 25+ years of Appliance Repair Experience.

      You called for service to your home in Irving for your Viking Cooktop thinking it has a bad ignitor. You ask if our tech carry parts for vikings, which we do. (Ignitors are for the oven section) You have a faulty Burner Electrode. We carry a large variety of replacement parts.

      Your cooktop unfortunately uses a special Burner that has the Spark Electrode build into it. That is the part the your Viking Cooktop needs for it to work.

      Any company in DFW will have to order that part from Viking Distributors Sir! Nobody carries that part on their Service vehicle.

      If you are referring to " False Advertising" cause we did not have that one part in our service vehicle please let me know. Viking alone probably has over 100K parts replacement parts for their appliances.

      Our Tech called our Viking Distributors while at your house with you standing close by. He told you that we can order the part and have it here in 2-3 days. He also gave you a total repair price for your Job which included Parts & Labor.

      After a haggling on the price you decline the repair stating you will attempt to buy the part yourself. Our tech even left you the part number for the faulty part.
