            I was scheduled for a medical procedure on Feb 24,2023. I was told after arriving for the procedure that it was no longer needed. I keep getting two bills for something I never had done. One for ***** and one for ***** Since March of 2023 I have made numerous phone calls to this billing company, each time telling them I didnt have this procedure done and each time told my account would be forwarded to the review time so they would stop billing me. This is now the end of October, Im still getting bills, still being threatened with collections. I have talked to my insurance company, they did a conference call with this business during the call I was assured that this would be taken care of and I would no longer receive a bill for either ****. Well Im still getting bills. I am exhausted with the amount of time I have spent in the phone with these people to try and get this resolved. I would like them to fix their mistake.

            I attempted to pay my bill online. I prefer this method so that I have immediate documentation of the payment. The site stated my billing number was incorrect. I attempted four separate times over a three week period to contact this company with No response. When you submit an inquiry/question on their site, there is no confirmation that the message was sent (ie. confirmation email). There is a very brief message that disappears almost immediately. I resorted to taking screenshots of my messages before I sent them. Regardless, after four attempts I received no response. I was able to pay my bill only after I discovered I could do so through my insurance company. This company has, quite literally, no customer service.

            We are deeply sorry that ***** A had technical difficulties during our rebranding phase of our ************. Due to some changes that were made, it appears that she had issues with inputting an online payment and with contacting the right representative to address the issue. Once we found out about her issue, we contacted ***** A to address her concern and we promptly provided assistance to remedy her specific situation. She did indicate that she was satisfied with the resolution and that her concerns had been properly addressed. She has my direct contact information if she has any other problems going forward. We have completed all of the rebranding efforts for the new parent ************ of ******************************* and have updated all of our phone and email systems to make it easier for our clients to reach each of our partner ************s. Our dedicated team members have been instructed on how to help each of our clients with their concerns regardless of which partner ************ is involved.
