I ordered this item June 18 and I have not had any updates since June 26 and Ive sent several emails and no reply.Business response

Hello there,
As shown in the attached documents, we have issued a full refund to the customer. Unfortunately, we can only return the funds to the original form of payment, and we have no control over her access to the card used for the purchase. Our customer service team has explained this to her, but at this point, there is nothing more we can do.
We understand this may be frustrating for the customer, and we remain committed to assisting her with any further questions or concerns.
