      Very bad property manager!! Promised late fee removal delay 7 months and still pending! They don't care about the home owner! We cannot complain about their bad service. They claimed that they only work for ***. They don't work for homeowner. If a realtor call and ask for info regarding special assessment. They said it's none of their businesses. It is not their responsibility to tell a realtor if there is a special assessment pending. Terrible management!!!

      I am writing to express deep dissatisfaction with the property management company responsible for overseeing our community. Over the past two years, this company has demonstrated a lack of commitment and professionalism, failing repeatedly to meet its obligations as outlined in our agreement. Despite marketing themselves as industry leaders, they have shown an inability to effectively support or guide our ********** leading to significant declines in community standards, property values, and overall trust among property owners.Their lack of transparency, poor communication, and inability to follow through on promises have created a toxic environment that has affected the community as a whole. As a result, property owners are now more inclined to sell, with the overall sense of trust and investment in the neighborhood **************** is disappointing and concerning that this company continues to operate under the guise of being an industry leader when they have so clearly fallen short of that standard, both in our community and in others. A truly professional organization should honor its commitments, starting with transparency, effective communication, and a genuine dedication to community values.I hope to hear for the corporate team soon.

      This business as well as companies underneath this business are extremely difficult to get in touch with and do not email or call back. I have been trying to get in contact with this company through voice messages and email but have had no luck. I have not received any information or a call back at any point. I have tried calling multiple departments but still have no luck. I recommend avoiding this company and all companies underneath it if you are able.

      I had an awful experience working for this company for 10 months. I worked alongside a 20 year old whose work ethic was horrendous. I was responsible for supervising her and reporting when she did not complete her job responsibilities. She falsely reported me for harassment, Her mother works as director of this company. Her entire family including her father, her sisters and her mother works for this company. I was fired because of her report and since her entire family has ties to the company they were in her favor no matter what. Complete bias, discrimination and nepotisim. This company is bad news. I would not recommend doing business with this company or working for them. They are evil.

      My name is *******, and my company name is ****************. I'm an electrical contractor here in ************* I work on two proprieties in *********************** and is managed my Associa ************* is called Garden Residences at Cityplace condo Association for over two months I finish the job and can't get paid.the local office here in ******* is the one that should issue payment.the manager at the local office is ******* *****.every time I talk to her, she tells me different things.2 days ago, she tells me to send her a square payment request and she never respond to it.When I call her, she sounds lost because she's asking me what do in need. This is crazy On October 1st, 2024 The *** turn over money for Associa to pay me but still can't get my money.I call the office several times and every time they are tell me different thing.I spend all of my money on the project and leave my self-broke my son was kick out of daycare because I didn't have the money to pay the fee Total the owed me $13,000 dollar I send they 2 invoices one for $5,250 and one for $7,750.They tell me that we have both invoice and will process payment but that in not true because yesterday when I spoke to the manager at the local office, she said she only have one invoice for $7,750.This is become i nightmare for me because i can't pay my bills and i don't know if i will ever get paid Also, the disrespect me in an unprofessional way the mailed me the two check last week one for $5,250 and one for $7,750 I take the check to my bank and deposit then **************** said they need to verify, and the money would be available by November 7th, 2024. To my Suprise last Saturday November 26th, 2024, **************** informed me that they are returning the check because the account that the check was made from is closed. How can the send me check from a closed account

      ********************************* is infested with roaches! They have sprayed 3 times and sprayed the apartments, and there is still an active infestation. Some units are owned by landlords and rented out. Restassured, if you live in the northern area of the building, apt 15, 16, 17, 18, 8, 7, there is an active infestation of roaches that can't be killed!

      I am a real estate agent and was working with this management company to sell a unit In one of the buildings they manage. I have been in this business over 15 years and have never experienced such unprofessionalism. They couldnt get the correct documents to the loan professionals, and youd have to ask them multiple times to even send the documents and then went and threw in unnecessary information which made the loan more difficult to get cleared, which intern had buyers be homeless and undo stress on all parties. According to the association they are just waiting for their contract to expire and will be switching because its been horrible experience all around.

      Yeah, just the worst. Targeted "violations" are common. Literally got a violation for one tire of my truck in the rocks when my neighbors park their whole a** cars on their rocks. Never see anyone out taking pictures of their property and I would know because we have cameras.

      ********************* just started managing our HOA, so I don't have enough experience with them yet to rate them in a management regard. However, their ASK program that helps neighborhood children teams is a wonderful program! Our high school band just received a $250 scholarship from this program and it is greatly appreciated!

      I am a resident at ********************** in *********. A former ********* member. We have used ***** management here for many years. We had frequent minor complaints about their services and decided to end our contract. That proses took nearly 12 months. It officially ended 8/31/2024. Several of our vendors including the water district have stopped our service due to no payment since May. Our HOA is incurring several hundred dollars in late fees due to Smiths neglect. I addition they are withholding over $115,000 of our reserve funds. This is greatly affecting our community wich includes several fixed income seniors. Thanks ,Document's are available.
