  My *********** purchased a mobile *********** in March of 2019 payed it off 2 yrs later in full and since the day we paid our place off in full we have been trying for over 2 years to contact Local Dwellings about getting our deed or title for mobile home and the land its on and are NEVER ABLE TO GET ANY RESPONSE OR ABLE TO TALK TO ANYBODY EXCEPT SOMETIMES JUST A SECRETARY AND EVEN HAVE BEEN All the way to the office theres NOBODY EVER EXCEPT IF YOUR LUCKY THE SECRETARY there SHE JUST GIVES YOU A BUSINESS CARD AND SAYS EMAIL THIS GUY HE'LL GET BACK WITH you We've BEEN TRYING OVER TWO YEARS NOW AND NO ONE EVER GETS BACK WITH US WAS TOLD FROM THE SECRETARY THAT THE ***** OR DEED WAS ON THE ***** Companies DESK AND THEY WERE WAITING FOR THEM TO DO WHATEVER TO SEND IT TO US THEY NEVER HAVE AND IM Very HIGHLY UPSET THAT IVE HAD TO NOW BE GOING THROUGH THIS ALL ALONE BECAUSE MY HUSBAND PASSED AWAY HERE AND IT WAS A NIGHTMARE AND I HAVE NO IDEA IF THE ***** ARE EVEN BEING PAID OR NOT IM DISABLED MY HUSBAND AND I BOTH ARE AND WERE SO WHEN THEY TOOK HIS SOCIAL SECURITY DISABILITY PAY AWAY FROM ME IT WAS A HUGE BLOW TO ME BECAUSE I DONT MAKE NEAR WHAT HE WAS MAKING SO I NEED TO GET SOMEONE OF HUMAN FORM IN CHARGE TO RESPOND WITH A GOOD POSITIVE ANSWERS I CANT AFFORD TO BE HIT WITH YEARS OF BACK ***** BECAUSE I HAVE NO IDEA IF THEIR EVEN PAID UP OR NOT I CANT LOSE THE INVESTMENT We've PUT INTO THIS PLACE CLEANING UP THE **** THAT WAS HERE AND ALL THE MONEY We've PUT INTO IT AND I NEED SOMEONE TO GIVE ME MY *****S OR DEEDS LIKE OVER 2 YRS AGO We've BEEN HERE GOING ON 5 YEARS IN MARCH **** AND IVE BEEN TRYING NOW EVERYDAY NOW TO GET SOMEONE TO HELP ME ITS LIKE IVE BEEN RIPPED OFF AND am worried their gonna be so behind on the taxes I'm gonna lose my home My cousins have been trying over 4 years now to get their tittles they've bought like 5 properties from them and never anyone will talk to us we might have to *** if nothing is resolved very soon

  Hi there, this was a seller financing transaction. While we did collect the funds, we did not represent either party in the transaction. We will contact the seller immediately and their title company to see what the status is on the title work. There may be clouds on the title. And sometimes those can take year to clear. Since the property is still under the seller name, we will also ask them if they are current on the tax bills and if not, work with them to get this addressed. Once we hear from the seller and their title company, we will respond right away to ****************. This dispute is between the seller and the buyer and are so sorry they did not have an answer on the deed. We will gladly do what we can to intercede on their behalf and find out what the status is on this title. **************** will hear directly from our President by the end of the day, Friday, January 5th, ****.
