Location in ******* Tx on ********** has a pathetic District Manager named ******. He was very rude and unprofessional. Ive never had any problems with this location or any other location for that matter because the staff is always on point. I asked for the corporate number and he refused to give it to me and said I could look it up myself. ******* the manager is always smiling and very helpful but tonight this guy made this location no all the wingstops look disgusting and disgraceful. Yes I was very upset because a transaction was paid with my account and I wasnt given any food I ordered. In the whole ordeal of going back and forth with the district manager did he ever say the system went down and orders werent going through.I called another location and find that out myself.I will continue to go to other locations because wingstop has great food and most of the staff have great customer service. Im so sorry but he (******) did act like a real jerk. He did say that in this review he wanted me to say hi from for him thats when I told him he doesnt have to be an a$$h*le. He also mentioned that it was only $35 maybe what he fails to realize is that its my money and every other customers money no matter the amount pays his bills. I too work for living so I know better than to treat my clients in any disrespectful way. I apologize for the rant but people like ****** are just well lets just say he should really reconsider how he treats people. Im sorry for me being upset also Im sure if it was his money he would have been upset too.
