We had our roof replaced in June 2020 by Proclaim Roofing. Fast forward to Feb.6,2022 we noticed water in 2 bedrooms&the wall between the 2 rooms had signs of water damage. I immediately messaged Proclaim Roofing. Mon.Feb.7th, I called twice&was told my call was being marked as urgent&the owner ***** would be calling back ASAP. Tues.Feb.8th, I called again&was given the same message.That afternoon I received a message asking for pictures of the leak which we did&was told it would be taken care of as soon as ***** could get a crew out. Sat.Feb.19th, I sent ***** a message checking if there was an idea of when we could expect someone. He did not reply. I sent another message Mon.Feb.21st, to see if we could get an update; with rain in the forecast for that week we were trying to prevent further damage. I also called explaining my concern&was told my call was being marked as urgent, but that I should not have any other company come because it could void the warranty. ***** did not call. Tues.Feb.22nd, I called&was assured someone would at least come cover the roof. That also did not happen. Thurs.Feb.24th, we received sleet/ice so I sent ***** a message stating my frustration. Jose came out Fri.Feb.25th. My husband Jared was home&Jose informed him he was able to locate the leak & it was fixed. Jose came inside, took pictures of the interior damage. ***** sent me a picture of the roof stating "Looks like you had a bullet penetrate your roof shingle" with no discussion while the contractor was at our home for us to know what to expect. Fri.March 4th, I reached out to ***** to check if there was an idea of when we could expect someone out to fix the interior damage. This is when ***** let me know that the damage was not covered so they would not be fixing it. I do not understand why it took 1 full week and me reaching out to the owner of this company to find this out on top of it already taking 3 weeks for someone to even come out to check the damage.Business response

She had a leak due to a bullet hole in her roof. I sent my crew out, verified this leak was from a bullet hole and not workmanship. I will attach the photo here as well. We are here to help but we can't fix problems that we didn't cause. Thank you!
