My vehicle was towed on last night 11/4/2024. Although I did forget to register my vehicle. My issue is the lady with last name Winter at the tow yard has been nothing but rude and refuses to give me any information to get this issue resolved of my car being damaged by the towing guy. The name and number listed on the receipt says Integrity Parking Management, when I dial that number to get assistance it takes me right back to CWS Recovery where Winter who has left me standing at the window for more than 30 minutes because she states she is not explaining anything, answers the phone and still refuses to help. Her comment when she came back to the window was that "I am a deranged black lady". This is very offensive as I am only trying to get answers on whom to contact and have not said one disrespectful thing to her to be treated this way. This company is out of control and can not just damage vehicles and then not give information as to whom I should contact for help. **************** is the key to any business and this company does not have that. Maybe another employee does but not *******.Business response

Thank you for the feedback. We have reviewed the video and audio footage of the interactions. The customer was advised they could fill out a damage claim form and did not want to. This is the process to get information to the management team to reach back out to the customer. We do not give out management phone numbers. Ms. ****** was frustrated as approach was less than favorable from the customer. Please know we do not condone disrespect and is not part of our business practices. I did not hear in the audio the comment that the complainant advised Ms. ****** said. If the customer has an alleged claim, they can email Leih *** ******** at ****************************************.

I was just verbally assaulted by one of the workers that works for this company then when I threatened him with a lawsuit he took a picture of my apt number and he also assaulted me more all because I told him he could drag the car with it making all that noise.Business response

Our driver, was patrolling McKinney Park apartments in Denton when he was approached by a male. The male approached the driver in a threatening manner and tried grabbing at him and the truck. The driver took photos of the male, for us to provide to the property management. The driver was attempting to explain to the vehicle owner the process, and the man, became aggressive, threatening a lawsuit, grabbing at him and so our driver asked him to back and stay out of the conversation. The vehicle owner did not know him, nor did they invite him into the conversation, as they only spoke spanish. The man continued to be aggressive so the driver grabbed the apartment number and notified management.Initial Complaint

Im emailing because my car *** X1 ( CWN8040) Georgia plate was towed by Integrity Towing at 10pm September ******* from Evoke Apartments at **************************************************************. I was parked in the front lot due to the back gate being damaged and inoperable and I didnt have access to the side gate to allow me to enter the garage. The sign says No Overnight Parking and clearly I wasnt there overnight. I came down at 11:11pm to follow my mothers car into the garage since she has access to get into the side gate. When I called the towing company they proceeded to tell me that Overnight Parking to them meant no parking past business hours! Thats not the same as No Overnight parking. My car was illegally towed from an apartment complex after it was registered in the CORRECT visitor parking. When I went to retrieve my vehicle the lady at the front desk REFUSED to explain why my car was towed.Business response

Good afternoon,
All footage and documentation were reviewed in regard to this tow. This property has rules set for the towing provider to follow as residents and visitors are required to read the rules digitally and must park in the clearly marked designated parking for visitors or reserved spaces upon registration for any type of pass. This vehicle was not registered for the reserved resident space it was parked in. Once reviewed the vehicle was not registered as a tenant/resident for the space. In the event they were registered as a visitor that is where the vehicle should have been parked. As for the **************** *** after reviewing the release of this vehicle the *** only had the minimal information to provide as they were not registered to park in the area, they were parked in. " Unauthorized parking on property out of visitor parking". These areas have very tight and minimal parking and must abide by the rules set forth by the properties. The **************** *** was not disrespectful, they were doing the job and providing the details they had access to.

On 09/02/24 my car was unlawfully towed. When I got to the location the front desk person was extremely rude and lack of customer service skills. I tried to reason with the Regional Manager ***** as my car parking permit was still active when they took my car. The regional manager kept talking over me and was not very understanding at all. The location it self was very unpleasant and not customer friendly at all. I was charged roughly $200 when my car had only been in there lot for 7 hours. The regional manager stated she was not able to negotiate any pricing as all their prices were state law. Terrible business, also noticed they have nothing but 1 start reviewsBusiness response

Good afternoon,
This is a contracted service that is provided for parking management and spaces. Everyone is provided a digital contract that must be signed making them aware of the parking facility rules. We are given the same rules to follow as this vehicle was not permitted to park where it had been parked. Management did speak with the claimant about the concerns and explain the reasoning for the tow in detail. Claimant continued in a disrespectful tone and manner after our Regional Manager discounted the fees.

On Thursday August 1, 2024 I was visiting a friend at the *******************, located at ********************************************************************. when my vehicle (which was registered at the apartment complex) was towed at approximately ) 01:30 am in the morning according to the receipt that I was given after I finally figured out who had taken my vehicle. My vehicle is a 2015 white GMC ****** 1500 #FXY-****. The lady at the window was the same lady I spoke with on the phone was very rude and in considerate when I asked why my vehicle was towed and she stated that it was towed because it was not registered with the complex (sharvey 2). ( call #:****** Tow ticket #******C) She wrote on the receipt that the vehicle was not register as for the reason they towed it off, which is a lie. My daughter was on her way to work when she realized that her car had been towed. When we arrived at the towing yard a Caucasian lady was at the window with a very bad attitude. She didn't try very hard to help us get our car, but instead she was giving us a hard time. My daughter is an ******r at the Marshal's ****** so you would think that we would get better service from this lady who took her money. My wife asked her what was her name so that we could make a complaint but she snared her face and stated I don't have to give you my name. It was 6:50am there was no need to be treated with such a bad attitude, if it wasn't for cars being towed she wouldn't have that job at the window. I am very disappointed on how my daughter who is an ******r was mistreated when all she does is protect and serve, to get this kind of service in return.Initial Complaint

On 12/08/2023, my car was accidentally towed by CWS Recovery and sent to Signature Towing yard, where I picked up my car. Upon receipt of my car, I looked around for damages before I left Signature Towing's parking lot. I found multiple damages. I went back into the office and filed a damage claim. I took pictures and sent the claim and pictures to the email that was given to me by Signature Towing. My car was a new 2023 Lexus ES with minimal mileage, so there was no damage anywhere on it before towing. The right side rear panel was pulled out from the car and bent. There are scratches on the rear bumper where paint is missing. Also, the two right-side tire rims are scratched and dented. I have called over 10 times to get someone to help me get my car fixed. They always take my contact information and tell me someone will call. As of today, I've received no callbacks or any attempts to resolve this matter. On November 6, 2023 between 16:00 and 22:00, my rental vehicle, a **** ********** Taos (TFN2388), was towed from my reserved parking spot at my apartment. The vehicle was registered and assigned to said spot. The vehicle was parked legally. It was parked in the correct spot. This is the first time I have been towed and I have lived here for three years and have had multiple vehicles (owned, leased, rented) in my same reserved parking spot during that time without issue. I have also had numerous guests park at the location without issue. The ********** is reflected as being part of my resident profile for parking, as seen in the attached screenshot from the related website. I am seeking a refund for the amount mentioned in this report due to the tow being essentially unlawful and unwarranted.Initial Complaint

On the evening of 9/15/23, my car was towed from an area that did not have any type of tow sign. The parking space that touched Taboo Lounge did have signs, but where my car was parked was the area of **** those spots and that wall had no sign to tow. I have a video of the spot I was in and how there is no sign there. I showed the video to the business and how there was no sign of vehicle tow in that area and they did not care.
