Transaction date: 6.06.24 $224.55 They committed to provide me a free exam as a first time client. They charged me for this exam and then made excuses of why they didn't offer it. "They only do one free exam a day" "There must have been a glitch in their system" "How are they to know I signed up for a free exam" "why didn't I mention the free exam before getting the exam" They offered a credit on my next visit. But I want a refund, as I don't trust them with my pet. I saw the advertisement on their website and then decided to immediately sign up for the exam. The advertisement had no special rules or need to mention the advertisement. Also to note: the vet never fully went over the costs of everything they performed. She only mentioned cost of the flea medication.
