      Purchased a watch band 10 days ago. Still not here and the tracking information has said for a week that it is in *******, ** awaiting pick-up. They do not have a phone number to call. Of course they don't, as it would be ringing off the hook.I have a wide range of watches. I have purchased bands for numerous watches, from numerous companies, for 40 years. This by far is the worst watch accessory company, that I have ever dealt with.Save your money and don't give it to Astra Straps...........

      If only I would be able to give them 0 stars. I ***'t know from where to start. When i got the band i put on the watch to see how it looks and honestly it looked very bad didn't had a good connection and it's falling off the wrist so basically it seems to be defective. I immediately emailed the company to express my concern and request a return. Everything was going to be ok only if they didn't make this complicated. They ask me for a video of the band on so they can see defect. I could only provide them with a photo showing how it looked the connection. At that point i thought they just going to make a refund but instead they send me a video of the product instructions which i followed on first day. I was disappointed so 2 days later i looked again the strap to see if i am missing something but still i didnt like it so i emailed them again and they told me that i can replace it with another product of my choice but I *** like anything so I emailed back that i am very disappointed and unsatisfied with their product and service and i would like a full refund and return label. And here is the best instead keeping it simple and how they state in their website hassle free return if not satisfied or defective they offered me a 50 % refund and to keep it saying that's a "great remedy for both sides" after i stated couple time that i would like a refund. In my 15 years as a customer service representative Ive never seen anything so disgusting. I can't believe that thats what they call customer support . Very stressful, disappointing and frustrating to deal with.

      I been emailing the company, asking them how to return my product that I bought from them they keep telling me when did I purchase my item and what is wrong with my item? I told him that the item is not to my liking. The last email I received from them stating that they would replace the band and just charge me a $10 fee for a new band. I dont understand how this would help me in anyway I dont like the band the band is useless to me I just want my money back.

      My email to Astra Straps My email to Astra Straps. "I purchased the Umbra Double Tour Leather band and would like to return it. It doesn't look like the photo, it isn't leather, and it does not sit correctly on my wrist. I wish I had done an image search before buying because the band is all over aliexpress for $10"First reply from AS. "Thank you for your purchase. I am sorry to hear you are not happy with the band you purchased! I made a note about your complaint. In the meantime we would like to offer you a FREE replacement band of your choice! Our bands are highly rated so we are sure you will love your replacement."As the strap I received was pretty low quality, I again asked for a refund. Their reply- "We understand that you would like to initiate a return and be refunded for the watch bands. Please note that we currently do not offer free return labels, and our U.S. warehouse is temporarily closed. Therefore, the bands would need to be sent to our warehouse in Asia. However, we have some good news for you! After discussing your case with our customer support manager, they have agreed to refund 50% of your order and allow you to keep the item. This way, you can decide what you would like to do with it.We believe this solution is a fair compromise as it saves you from incurring the cost of return postage, which would be approximately the same amount as the refund."The strap is horrible, and I have no use for it. I'd like my money refunded. They remove bad reviews on their website. They lie to customers. They make their money by sending out straps that cost pennies to make and hope people take the 50% refund just to get something back.
