I purchased a solar system from North Texas Solar, I has never performed as we were told it would. I have contacted them numerous times. System has never been completed so it can be monitored as was sold to us. have ask for this to be completed numerous times. System is not correctly installed also. ***** ****

It sounds like there has simply been a miscommunication about the customer's internet monitoring that was sold with the system. At the time of sale, the customer did not have internet access near the solar system. So, we purchased his monitoring device and delivered it during installation with the understanding that once internet was established, the monitoring device could be plugged in to an ethernet cable to give the customer access to online production monitoring. We have now sent the customer instructions on how to connect the system to the internet, and we have offered to make a service call to make sure the system is producing properly. Once the system is connected to the internet, we will have remote monitoring access to the production of his solar system along with the customer and manufacturer. We have assured the customer that we will be monitoring the solar system's production to ensure that everything is working properly at all times. We have also reminded the customer that his system is still under warranty, and we are more than willing to honor our warranty should any issues arise.
