On 11/19/21, I reached out to Homer to place another order on his website for some clothing because I was not able to on the website itself. Homer explained to me that afterpay was the only option to pay with on his website at that time. I told him that was not an option so he asked me to send him the payment and he will place the order for me. I sent him the total amount for my order through cash app, totaling $146.98. I did receive a text from Gifted Made Graphics showing that the order has been placed. After that, I did not hear anything from Homer until 12/6/21 when he asked if I have received my items yet. I let him know that I have not and he said he would send tracking. Four days later on 12/10/21, he reached out to me again asking if I got my order. I told him no and he responded the next day on 12/11/21 stating he would see what's going on. I did not respond and then he reached out on 12/12/21 letting me know he is sending tracking and asked for my email. So I provided my email and I did receive the tracking. I checked the tracking on D12/18/21 and realized the package hasn't even been dropped off to the post office. At this point, I asked for a refund and he stated the shipment is en route. I advised that tracking says the post office hasn't even received the package. he ignores my request for a full refund for 3 days and stated "let me make some calls to see what is going on" and goes on to blame the post office for delays with shipment due to the holidays. I expressed that this order was placed before the holidays and it can't be the post offices fault if they haven't even received the package. He ignored that fact and continued to blame the post office. He continued to ignore me so I had to reach out to him on Facebook on 12/22/21. He responded and continued to blame the post office and asked me to call them. I did call them that day and they stated they have not received the package so there is nothing they can do. I informed Homer and he blocked me.Business response
