Getting a hold of them and having them resolve issues is a hassle, but even more so now needing their help in where to drop off my money order for the rent. I had some issues come up with rent as I lost my job at the same time as I moved in. I was behind and of course accumulated late fees. They removed me from accessing my tenant portal and said I could only pay by money order. That is understandable, I work all day during the day and their office closes at 5:30 and I get off at 6. I asked if I could have access to the portal so it would be easier for me to pay as I am now working two jobs and I have to rent money for August. ****** either doesnt reply or I have to text her multiple times just to get a response out of her. She has now blocked me and Im trying to get my rent paid so I dont accumulate more late fees. As I asked about a drop box for the money order she simply said theyre closed and I told her that Im trying to get this paid and I feel as if theyre not doing anything to help me. She never responded. I messaged again today, and to my luck, no response. To actually being blocked. I got assistance for one of the months I did not pay because again, issues came up with my job at the time and she tried saying I hadnt paid for prior months. Saying she was proceeding with eviction and when I told her they sent an email out of approval for rent assistance and a check that MAY take 40 days to get sent out, she tried saying they couldnt wait that long and said they already filed the eviction notice, YET had told me she was in the process. They dont want to help, theyre not understanding. And because they have their lives and wellbeing okay, they have to give me the run around and make it difficult. If I could find someone higher than her, her boss to report this to, I would. Attachments below show I am trying to make an effort.Initial Complaint

My niece and I need our air conditioner fixed and working right and cooling in our apartment. It is super hot and we have gotten sick from the heat. I have asked the apartment complex manager to please take care of getting the air conditioner fixed. But all she says is that if it is running and blowing out air that there is nothing that they will do. Please it is very urgent to get our air conditioner fixed.Business response

Hello,
This is to inform you that the tenant rented an apartment with a perfectly working swap cooler. We have been in the triple units and the cooler is design to drop temperatures by 20 degrees. We offered a window unit to assist with the heat wave, however, tenant refused. Let me know if you need any other information.
