This gentleman presents himself as an "Electrician" , both Commercial & Residential. But his experience speaks to him being a "fresh out of school" student, "STILL"!! We made an agreement for a much less price, on a 200 amp upgrade on our home at *****************************************. To get the discounted , we paid in FULL up front. ******* Electric will be installing a new Pole at the home and the New upgrade needs to be ready for the New connection. We have been working with Mr H3333363633333232**32H since April 2023, and 6 months later, all he has done for the $1,800 paid up front, was install a service entry electrical panel. After 6 months, all we would require is a refund, since all the 30 - 40 times he&#**;s promised to either finish or show up, He Has NOT!!! Mr H3333363633333232**32H is a young bright man and we sympathized with him, trying to help him with favors, funds and merchandize (Total of $430 ) . Since Mr H3333363633333232**32H will NOT answer his phone, Answer his TXT&#**;s, or show up for work. We would simply request a TOTAL refund of $2,230 . And ********** plan on filing a complaint with the ***************, and YES even going to court if it comes to that. GOD Bless !!Customer response

Typically, a complainant seeking BBB assistance is required to give the business the opportunity to repair, correct the nature of dispute. In the effort to preserve customer satisfaction. At this time, please advise if you are willing to allow business to correct the nature of dispute. If you are not willing your dispute will be deemed beyond purview. BBB recommends you file a police report for Deceptive Business Practice (DBP).
I WILL be filing a report with the police department and "YES" we are willing the business to correct the dispute.
