Date of the Transaction: 04/16/2021 Amount paid: $ ******** RIO Pro's was hired to do a shower bathroom remodel, including a new shower fixture to install new shower walls / doors, frames and backing boards, in the existing plumbing installation. Secure in mortar and route plumbing connections.On October 25, 2021, I reported a water leak in the shower that they remodeled. ************** has told me that he is going to make the necessary repairs, but I have been waiting for more than a month and he always has a pretext. It is urgent to make the repairs because the water is passing to the ceiling of the first floor.The work has a one-year warranty for this reason I demand that the necessary repairs be made as soon as possible, or they return the money to hire someone to do the repairs including the repair to the ceiling.I including attached the invoice of the contract number **** with the detail of the work and the cashiers checks for the amount of $ ***** with which they were paid.Business response

** have met with **************** (Tuesday Nov. 30, 2021) and we are addressing the issue on hand of the water leaking from the ceiling area. The workmanship does have a 1-year warranty and we are honoring this on Contract # ****. ** (RIO Pros) will start the work and to troubleshoot the problem this Thursday Dec 2, 2021,at 9:30 am.

My brother ***** has seen you today and has an appointment for this Thursday at 9:00 to look at the problem and find a solution.... sir. ** apologize for the delay...I was on vacation and on business in ********* in the last few weeks. My brother ***** got ill and was unable to see some of our clients.

At the time ****************************** was the owner of the home on **** ************ in *******, ***** *****; and ***************** was the one that hired us (RIO Pros) to do the Master Bathroom Remodel and paid the full amount of $3425.00. **************** was the renter at that time on April 16, 2021, when the work was completed. ** got the call last Nov 5th, 2021, from **************** almost 6 months later of the leaking issue.Customer response
