Stay away from ***. The floor plans are amazing. Other than that the quality and follow up with issues is absolutely subpar. Our roof has leaked since the weekend after we moved in 3 years ago. Multiple roofers have been there to look at it and said it needs to be torn off and redone. Zia decides to do patches instead so now there are patches on top of patches and tge roof still leaks, has never actually been fixed, and now being told the warrenty is over and it's not their problem. City failed the roof. Insurance won't cover stating faulty instalation is the cause if the leak. Zia says it's not their problem anymore. That's the roof issues. On top of that, there are now cracked tiles all over the house due to hollow spots in the instalation. There are sewer smells coming from the kitchen sink and they told us to put ice in the drain so there is constant water flowing. Our bathroom faucets are all loose already. Our bathroom tub is loose and unusable because it falls over if we try to get in it. And the list goes on and on. They pretend to fix things and as soon as a year hits they drop you from their cares like a bad cold.Review from Melissa A

RUN FROM THIS BUILDER. Zia homes has great layouts, but the quality and execution of building the homes are really poor! ******, sales *** told me that they only had one ******* for multiple subdivisions, and said that they dont look at all the homes and only take priority to the homes that are in contract. The house we were pending to buy had crooked and wavy LOAD-BEARING walls, and multiple door frames for not aligned. We told them and they just said they were going to have a ******* look at it. After no update, we asked again and ****** asked us to just use the warranty when we buy the house, because they didnt want to lose the sale. I am deeply concerned about the quality of the homes and feel like their homes should be investigated for quality and safety. I feared for my familys sake to purchase that house, ***** **** ***** **********, and cancelled the contract. The manager, *******, refused to speak to me after multiple attempts. I really wanted to buy this house but the shape that house was built is terrifying.

We regret that you felt the home was unsafe, but we can assure you that your safety is always our top priority, and the concerns you raised would have been fully addressed before the completion of the home.

I am a new customer in current contract with Zia Homes for the new "west Side" zones. I was told by 3 of their representatives (Realtors) ****** and a Model Home "realtor (I assume) called "***" acting on behalf of Zia Homes to include a female "Realtor" who was Spanish speaking only and her English was very "poor" whom stated that all the new homes comes with a Tankless water system" however when we were "picking" our colors with a young female named ********** *** *** **** ********** ** *** ****** ***** ** *** *** **** *** *** ***** *** *** **** ******* ** **** ** ** * ***** *** ** *** ***** was told to myself and my wife that there is no waterless tanks, these are upgrades only! I felt disappointed, and ******** as this was a selling point by the Realtors that "all new homes by Zia Homes come with waterless tanks" this was a complete fabrication on their part acting on behalf of ZIA homes! "They entice you and serve you with a debt of "upgrades" watch what they tell you and what they really offer they are none nor equal to what's verbally told to you. This is a deal breaker! I asked for transparency, and agreed on a gentleman's agreement of a verbal agreement, however, this is simply deceitful and deplorable, their word means nothing* **** *** ********* ** **** *** ** ********* DO NOT BUT A HOME FROM THESE PEOPLEReview from John R

What really sets Zia Homes apart is their commitment to customer satisfaction and thought to detail. The focus they put on the design of their homes and implementation of modern features is second to none. *** ***** ** **** ******* ** **** ******* ******* **** ********* ** ******** **** *** **** ***** ** ****** ** *** ***** ****** In addition, working with their team has been easy with fast responses and easily accessible support. We looked any many ***** homes prior to deciding on Zia, and none of the existing homes or new constructions matched them in features for price.Review from Gayona C

These homes as well as the company are horrible. The home we purchased was (which was new) was built horribly. This company does not stand behind their product. Each time I called and spoke to someone about my concerns, they were rude and never returned calls or followed up. We even sent an email to the CEO of the company and never received a response. *** ** *** *** *** ******* ******** ** *** **** ** *** *********
