    I"m filing s complaint for the lack of urgency to fix a property I rented. My move in date was July 1,2022. The property management team rushed me to pay $300 dollars more than the original deposit of $925. If I didn't pay it by June 24, I will lose the rental. We also paid $105 application fee. Today July 7, no news about fixing a leaking sink and most important the AC. I met them in their office on July 1 to pay the rent if I didn't do it that day I will lose the rental and deposit. I called them back same day because the AC was not working. To this date it has been fixed .I'm a disable person with chronic heart issues, diabetic . U called the property manager to complaint She said she will charge me a fee if they come over and there is nothing wrong with AC. This manager Erika had a nasty attitude with me. She said be ready to pay if we go there and it works.. I told her it has been 7 days and I had not been able to live here. She if there is nothing else then have a good day.
