We purchased a nice leather reclining sofa. Within a few months the left seat was broken. Some of the screws broke. It is still not right. I bought end tables too. They are wonderful, however we will not be buying couchs or recliner from them again.Review from Ken J

I am highly upset that I purchased a love seat and it was damage. The sofa and loveseat is discontinued Im assuming from defects. I drove 3 hours to ********** ***** to return loveseat just to receive another loveseat damaged in the same spot. I am highly upset that was offered again being the third time to drive 3hours there and 3 hours back to return sofa to get another one. How do I know if it would be damaged again. They already have sofa boxed up and wrapped up where you cant check merchandise. I was 20% to get back from damage when Im paid the entire amount. This was terrible business. I drove from another state to support business to be treated unfairly and not having anything to compensate inconvenience only but 20%. I would have rent a U-Haul to return and spend money on gas when Homezone will not doing anything on there end. I will never purchase from this company again or refer anyone. This is terrible business and customer service. They try to make a sale to customers but dont even make sure their customers are happy and satisfied with their service or merchandise.Review from Treddie W

The store and the staff was great.I bought a bed and mattress.I chose a mattress that wasn't in stock,the salesperson said they had a high quality mattress that the plastic had gotten wet I was told other than that the mattress was fine.I bought the mattress got home pull the plastic off,it was wet and mildew(stinky)I called the salesperson and he corrected the problem right away. They have great merchandise but check it before leaving the store,especially if it discounted.Review from Linda M

I purchase a sectional set and it has very poor material and the cushion already going flat. Every where you seat your get your body in print, the seat cushion doesnt fluff back up. The material already getting lint ball. Spoke to *************** see what they could do, all they kept saying that I would have to paid additional money for each cushion, and sent me a link to Amazon to order a pilling fabric defuzzer. This is unacceptable Im paying ***** for a set that I just purchase in 11/23. Call the store and spoke with the assistant manager explain my complaint. That the *************** make the final decision. Im so disappointed with this set.

I bought a sofa 8 months ago & it is falling apart & they only want to try to replace cushions at a ***** a hour charge. It wont help the situation. It will just mess up again.Review from Sj M

My daughter and I are shopping for comfortable living room furniture and we stopped in today and were both impressed. The showroom is set up nicely. We are somewhat picky, especially since our current furniture is only 3 years old so we have very specific things we are looking for. ***** and ****** helped us out and were very patient as we tried different styles of furniture. Definitely a no-pressure furniture buying experience!Review from Monet N
