Purchased a house with an NTX lifetime warranty on foundation. Contract says to submit via email requesting an invoice for a $100 transfer fee. There is a 60 day deadline to request the invoice. I wrote to the stated email address on May 16. I followed up with a phone call Friday June 3. A very nice young lady answered and said she had not looked at email, that the delay was completely on her, that she would attend to it. I have followed up with 2 subsequent emails to no avail. I simply want to pay the $100 transfer fee & grt the lifetime warranty in my nsme as outlined in the contract.

We resolved the issue and are transferring the warranty into his name. Consumer Response /* (2000, 8, 2022/06/09) */ (The consumer indicated he/she ACCEPTED the response from the business.) Stefani was very nice & quite oersonable. The recent company system upgrades were giving her fits, but she persevered. I have successfully received 8 documents transferring the lifetime warranty on foundation repairs on my house from the seller to my name.
