Less than a year ago, I was a customer with State Auto for my auto insurance and renter's insurance. ******* Boyter was the Agent, with Boyter Intergra Financial Services. On 8/16/23, I cancelled my policy with State Auto to go with The Hartford, however, State Auto continued to use autopay to get money out of my checking account. They were charging me for insurance I did not have. I contacted ******* through email first on 8/18/23 and told him of the situation. He allegedly attempted to get a refund and said they were not responding. This has been going on since then with no less than 15 emails sent to Mr. *********************** Sometimes he would respond and sometimes I would have to follow up with a phone call. The last contact I made with him was 4/30/24, to which he has not responded. I feel as though he is blowing me off. I want my refund!Business response

I have resolved this issue with ****************** to her satisfaction. A refund was issued to her concerning this matter. While we have been attempted to get ****************** the refund since she contacted us.
