Payment and Communication: We made multiple attempts to set up payment plans with you and gave you several second chances to settle your account. Despite these efforts, the balance remained unpaid for a generously extended period.

Service Discontinuation: The decision to discontinue service was not made lightly. It came only after numerous attempts to resolve the payment issues and was based on the conclusion that the outstanding balance would not be paid.

Trash Removal: Our records indicate that we continued to provide service for some time even without payment. The dumpster bin was removed only after it became clear that the account would not be settled.

Customer Service: We apologize if you felt that your concerns were not addressed appropriately. We always aim to handle customer interactions professionally and courteously.
