I understand the occasional missed pickup. After deciding to cancel service which was done over the phone to the operations manager on July 11 2024, my can was collected on 17 July of 2024. I was then billed for July of 2024, and just received a bill for August of 2024. I just want my refund for $53.00 from the month of July 2024, then all my Credit Card information deleted.Business response

Our terms&services require cancellations to be in writing in order to stay on the same page with our customers. The first email about cancellation was on August 12th in which I was able to assist and provide a solution before 24 hours on August 13th. I am proud of my fast and courteous customer service to Mr ****** and wish him all the best in the future.Initial Complaint

The ************* kept missing my house. They even sent out an email last month stating their equipment broke down and would pick up the next day. They still missed my house. I contacted the Operations Manager May 29, 2024 and he stated he would refund the Month of May 2024 and cancel my service that day. I left my trashcan at the road and it was picked up. This morning I received a bill for $53.00 for June ******** I just want my refund for $53.00 and dont care about the Month of May, then all my Credit Card information deleted.
