Defective product, unhelpful customer service, told me I had to pay for shipping to ***** and they had to inspect the product before giving a refund. Scammed me for sure, don't buy anything from them.Review from Tammy S

Foreign run company, find every way possible to blame the customer and not issue a refund. I ordered a gift for Christmas, their system didn't take the apt #. These are custom made gifts with my brother and his dogs names on it. Said it was undeliverable, but didn't send it to me. NO ONE received it, but they wouldn't refund it, sent me their policy saying address issues were the customers responsibility. For good will and reputation they should have sent it to me or refunded it. Finding ways in your policy to keep money from sales without delivering product is a scam.Review from Christine G

THis company rips you off. I cancelled the order 11 minutes after ordering and they state that I did not cancel until the next day and are sending and charged me anyway. I will be returning the product. This is a scam company They are making me choose how many stars so I chose 1 but it should be zero - DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANYReview from Rodney B.

I ordered a Carstens Bear Family Sherpa blanket. After a month in a half finally received it. It is not a Carstens Bear Family Sherpa. There was no tags of any sort. They are selling cheap knock versions of the blankets. They are extremely small in size as other complaints are showing. Be EXTREMELY careful purchasing from this company.Review from Holly C.
