I have not been to this place before called to schedule an appointment they do not tell you verbally when taking your card if you miss a first scheduled appointment you will be charged a $25.00 no show fee and no warning just rudely charge your card. I spoke with the attendendant verbally the same day to inform and emergency came up and I was no where near ********** and she did not say your card will be charged no warning. I'm already struggling and now I have an overdraft fee as well. I need my refund and my card removed off their database. Thank youBusiness response

Our cancellation and no-show policy has been in effect for decades and is in our brochure, on our website and we also verbally tell our customers when booking an appointment. We are no different than an airline, hotel or other business that has limited resources available. The reason we take a credit card is to secure an appointment with a highly-skilled nurse or technician to the EXCLUSION of other customers! We are sorry you felt the need to contact the BBB. I am rejecting this response because:The appointment was scheduled by phone, i never walked into their suite or was ever directed to a website via the phone conversation. This sounds like some unskilled training break down along with money ***** unetchical practices that this establishment is known for with late responses as well.
I will like BBB to proceed with listing this yo the public. Thank you.
