**** seller Retail_King listed a NEW open box Schwinn meridian adult tricycle. i opened a return upon arrival as it was damaged badly. Was offered a partial refund, thinking it was just scratched and used. I accepted. BUT, Bike is not usable and infact dangerous. as the steering column is bent. ****** wont send label and return for a full refund. scamming people out of alot of money and it hurts. I blame **** for allowing this and not making it right as well.Initial Complaint

On the item listing of product sold seller retail king ******** advertised item bought came with a 1 yr warranty item sold has malfunctioned Jun 09 purchased Oct 25th 2023, attempted to reach out to the seller to do a warranty claim however they have ghosted me and shows no interest in honoring their advertised warrantyInitial Complaint

The business is listing items as "open box" when in reality they are heavily used items.Upon receiving the item and returning it, they only offered a partial refund and claimed that I damaged the item...Initial Complaint

I bought a laptop from them shortly before the end of March 2022. I found that the computer wouldn't even run a vanilla version of a game that I had bought it for (far better graphics than this one). So, I asked to be able to return it and they sent me the mailing label. I then get an email claiming that the computer I returned had a different serial number than the one the claimed to have sent me--no invoice or packing list came with the computer. I had only ordered one computer and they sent only one computer. Two weeks later the shipped the computer back to me. I see all the other complaints filed against this company and they are consistent!Initial Complaint

I bought a gaming laptop from them on **** on 10-11-2021 for 4,198.14$ including tax. Received the laptop with no factory box and no original factory items you normally get with a new laptop purchase of that price. Only had laptop, charger, and charger cord (not a big deal). Was updating the laptop during the 3 months I had it and all of a sudden it would not boot back into windows. I also notice certain other things didn't work right with the laptop ( little things). Contacted them via ****, they gave tips on how to resolve. That didn't work. Then was informed to ship back for refund and to contact them outside of ****. So I emailed and I had to pay out of pocket (20.96$), shipped it back and they refused to honor the refund. Kept telling me it will take 24/48hrs to inspect and issue refund. I since then have called and emailed them just to get no where. They only want to talk via email, but when I use the email I purchased the laptop with, I get no response. I use a different email, I get a response until I mention I'm waiting on a refund then that emails goes back to no response. I read other reviews on them and found that I'm in a list of other people they have scammed doing the same practice to others. I checked on **** throughout this whole thing since I confirmed they have received that returned laptop and seen they relisted it for an even higher price and marked it "open box". For the price they are charging, I'm able to buy the next higher model for far less and with it being brand new factory sealed, not used and resold labeled as "new".Initial Complaint

On December 11, 2021 i placed an online order through the ******* app to Mastertronics in the ammount of 1,713.11$ for a gaming desktop, on December 14, 2021 i recived the wrong item! AND the item they sent me does not work! I have tried numerous times to get a hold of management and after 2 phone calls and multiple email threads i still have not been in touch with anyone in management or identifying themselves as management. They keep claiming there is nothing they can do except issue a refund but without speaking to uppermanagement i dont belive them. I ordered a specific product online and they refuse to send me the correct item even after i ship the old item back. I feel like im being giving the run around and personally feel its not to much to ask to just get the correct item i originally ordered in working conditions right? The following attachments is a screenshot proving what item I ordered can that the item was delivered the photo proves that I have not received the correct item and the video shows damage to the item and also shows that it does not work
