      I rented a cart for my Daughter's Wedding on January 18th. The Total amount was ****** My daughter's Wedding was on February 2nd when the Ice storm hit. She did not deliver the cart on that day. She cancelled on me wich means she did not rendered her services to me. She called and said due to weather she was not going. I of course understood. The Wedding still happened and all vendor went except her. When I called ************************************* asking her to refund my ******, she said she would only refund partial only ****** due to weather. Keep in mind, She cancelled on me. Why should she keep ****** when she did not deliver services? I called her and she said that will be a credit for future use. I Don't want a credit on her business, I am not using her again. She Zelle back only ****** I want the rest of ****** because I believe she stold this money from me when she did not deliver the cart.

      I have a no refund policy on my invoice, however due to the winter storm weather, she said she understood.  I offered a $100 refund and the remaining credit for a future event. She agreed , it then the was the next day I got this text from the customer. 

      Hello. I was talking today with some vendors that were not able to make it or deliver their service 100% and they said because they cancelled on me, they were refunding the full amount. I was wondering why you only agreed to do partial credit when you were the one who cancelled on me? We still had the wedding and I didn't cancelled on you. I spoke to a few people and they said the same thing. I am also a small business owner and because the situation out of our control due to weather, I would have credited the full amount. I support local businesses, and I can refer very highly when good customer service is good, but I can also and not refer, do a ****** review etc..( wich I will do so people can be aware) The lady that referred me to you does alot with you and she was in shock that you kept ****** and said that will not use you again.It  must be that you needed the ****** I just think is poor judgement on your behalf and hope is worth you keeping that money when you cancelled on me and did not deliver the cart or even tried to show up honestly...you  stold my money.

      I admittedly called her and no response to talk to her but she didnt answer. She then began to attack me on social media and tried to destroy my character along with others. I actually prepared the cart to be delivered but it was out of my control. 

      I am not understanding her saying in the bbb complaint that all the vendors made it to show up, when clearly she told me differently by text.
