I lived in these apartments and moved out on July 28th 2023. I have had continuous issues with the billing for months which caused us to have a credit on top of our deposit that is due to be reimbursed. I have been waiting almost 3 months for them to correct and send me a refund of my deposit. I went in and spoke to an employee around 3 weeks ago who told me once again it would be looked into by the manager and I would receive a call/email and my address to send refund check that was supposedly already sent. I have told them repeatedly that they are charging me for an extra day that we were not there and they keep saying they will look into it and nothing has come about. I need this company to do their job and look into and correct this and issue me my corrected refund. I have given them almost 90 days and they still havent reached out to me. I have attached the images of their website which shows that they gave me the move out credit on the day I moved out 28th of July and then charged me fees on the 29th for the day after I moved out which are incorrect! I also signed and dated a move out sheet to return keys so they have the date on their and know I moved out on the 28th.

Thank you for reaching out. If a resident fails to pay rent or other fees, any balances may be submitted to an agency for collection.

I am rejecting this response because:
I paid all my rent fees, I never was late on monthly payments. Because the girl that got fired didnt put my stuff in the computer in time you all are trying to charge me for me living there till 7/11 and thats false I already had moved into my new apartment on July 1st.

      Regards,

I went to go view a 2 bedroom unit a month prior to scheduled move in. ****** is the associate who assisted me i I SPECIFICALLY told her to point out the differences between the unit I will be in and the show room. Not sure if it when in one ear and out the other bc once move in day came it felt like I was in a completely different property with how different & disgusting the unit was. Now fast forward a week before my move in date, I called nearly every day to check to see if I can do a quick walk through since I was informed the tenants who where in the unit moved out a week or two till I was supposed to move in. I was always informed I dont have the keys yet which was understandable but frustrating! Come the day to move in, I was informed I need to sign all the documents needed before viewing the unit and giving me keys by ********** was upset and informed her I was not signing anything until I do a walk through sure enough she let me *******. Bare in mind I paid a 250 deposit to hold the unit which apparently is non refundable! As soon as I was given the keys to the unit I opened the door & seen SEVERAL ROACHES ROAMING AROUND!! Walked though the living/dining area & the vinyl floor was lifted & damaged moved along to the kitchen where the sink was disgusting. The sink was completely different from the model which again was never pointed out when I asked her to. Pantry door had damages & paint slapped on top.. as I was walking through out the whole unit I have it on video with photos! I went towards the restroom & soon the nastiest tub I come across I can go on & on about how bad this unit was! As I was approaching the 2nd bedroom I noticed there was a sliding door for a den type of lay out never once was I advised there could have been a possibility of me having that. If i was informed that from the very beginning I wouldve never waisted my time with this property! Im not sure if its the lack of customer service/communication or just being straight lazy but do better for the sake of future tenants Ive emailed the property manager twice & im still waiting on a response to see about getting my deposit back due to the conditions of the unit! Come the following day I called to see if ****** was now in since she wasnt in the day prior(my scheduled move in date) never once during the call did she feel any sympathy about the conditions of the apartment as if it was nothing new to her all she kept saying during the call was the deposit was non refundable not no apology not a solution or offer to move me units NOTHING poor customer service Ive EVER seen. Again I was fully knowledgeable about the deposit being non refundable prior to me calling her but do to the circumstances I wouldve expected a bit more.

My apartments sent me a notice dated October 7, 2022, that my lease ends on November 30, 2022, and they said I need to be out and return the keys on December 11, 2022. Then on Tuesday Dec 6, 2022, they put a new note on my door and it said "notice to vacate for Non-payment of Rent", and it said you must be moved out by 11:59pm on December 9th, and this note is also saying I need to pay them for Rent of December of 2022, and they said I owe them $1165.82. But my lease ended on November 30, 2022. I finished moving out at 10:15pm on Friday December 9. I turned in my apartment Key and my mailbox key at around 12:00pm on Saturday December 10. Right now, their website says I owe them $1165.82 to pay for the entire month of December, but this does not make any sense because I was warned that I must be moved out of my property before 11:59pm on Friday December 9. I made a (.PDF) of the first note they gave me on October 7, and I have (.PDF) of the 2nd note they put on my door on December 6. And I have a (.pdf) of a screenshot of the $1165.82 fees they show on the resident portal website. Since I was technically inside of my apartment though December 9, I am willing to pay them (9/31) x $1165.82 which equals ******. I would agree to pay them 9 days for rent of the month of december, which is $ ******, but they must first update the resident portal bill and the final bill needs to say " $ ****** final payment due" before I will pay them anything. I already saw other people on BBB have reported that they also were told the same thing as me, to pay a giant bill after I already moved out. To me this sounds like a scam, and I didn't pay them anything yet.

Violations of privacy-maintenance telling me about a neighbors possible eviction. Maintenance man Sed intimately involved with current residents at business. I was one of them, months ago. Amenities being charged-none are currently working or functioning. Appliances in my unit and others have been out for weeks. My AC has been out for 9 days without being fixed. I have a child sleeping in 90 unit due to this. I have witnessed discrimination to my black neighbors from our leasing office, including personal information being given to me about our black residents. Including letting me know about her financial situation, her rent being late, and told me they purposely turn her wifi off in her unit in hopes of her moving out.I have watched our manager lock black children into the pool area and threatening them by saying there is acid in the pool I am calling the police and physically holding the gate locked forcing the children to jump a tall gate on the other side of the pool area. Leasing office staff refusing to show record of payment or proof of where our rent is going. Rent money paid by tenants has gone missing. *** told me directly that our office manager ***** is in huge deep debt to many businesses and simply ignores their calls to collect. We are paying for trash to be maintained and collected, but our trash area has not been maintained. Apartment is evicting tenants saying they have not paid rent, even when shown proof that rent was paid. I have also noticed clear discrimination to employees. ***** has fired every single black employee and has replaced them with young white girls. I myself, am white. But even I can see what is going on and I am very concerned for my security as well as my neighbors security.
