This business provides the absolute worst customer service and caused me to pay $100 to borrow a car so I can drive to Oklahoma. I needed some body work and paint to be done on my truck. I brought it in on September 9, 2022 and got a quote from the owner, Jerry. In the process, I was told it would be ready in five days. I asked Jerry if it's okay to come and pick it up the following Monday, September 19, 2022 because I was leaving for a trip (to Oklahoma). He said yes and knew I was coming to pick it up Monday. I arrived Monday morning, exactly what we agreed on, and I was told the bumper didn't arrive until September 16, 2022. He failed to notify me costing time and resources because I sell time for a living by representing clients (and I had to get a ride there). I was then told that it should be ready Weds afternoon, September 21, 2022 by 5pm. I arrived at 4:34pm and once again, my truck was not ready. This resulted in more time and money lost for me. Never got a phone call letting me know it wasn't ready. This would be the second time I arrived trying to pick up my truck but was unsuccessful solely because this business, particularly Jerry the owner, is too incompetent and negligent to communicate that a deadline was not going to be met. The multiple trips were a waste of my time and resources due to very poor customer service. I got a call at 10:14am on September 22, 2022 from Jerry saying the truck was ready. I called the shop at 4:11pm letting him know I was coming to pick up the truck and to have it ready. I arrived and communicated my frustration, specifically that it is ok if things take longer, but it's wrong to tell someone it's to come pick up their car when it's not ready (2xs). Jerry instantly started yelling and said "pay me my money and get the **** out of here." He also lied to me saying I got a new step pad and when I showed him it wasn't new he didn't dispute it and said he must have made a mistake. In short, J&S lied and costed me money.
